At The Airport
AIRPORT GUIDE (exclusively at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Cengkareng)
It would be wise for our international customer to be at the airport at least 2 ½ hours before departure time to enable faster airport procedures (Security Clearance, Check-In, Immigration Process and Departure Gate ).
At Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, terminal II located at the Upper Level is known as the Departure Terminal; and the Arrival Terminal is located at the Lower Level. Garuda Indonesia departure counters are located at Terminal II/E for International Destination and Terminal II/F for Domestic Destination. Reporting & Closing Time is to be done at the Check-in counter.
