Sales & Ticketing Counter

Our Sales & Ticketing counters located at the Departure Area of airport Terminals allow our customer to purchase and pay for Garuda Indonesia tickets subject to seat-availability.

Customer Service Counter

Our Customer Service counters located at the Departure Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport at Terminal II/E and several other domestic airports allow our customers to obtain relevant information on our services.

Baggage Strapping Service

Free of Charge baggage strapping after X-ray process is provided at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport International & several other Domestic airports for our customers safety & convenience.

Valet Service

Valet Service is proudly presented by Garuda Indonesia to reduce hassle and offer more convenience for both Domestic and International Executive Class (for the time being only valid for Singapore Service).
The Advantages of this facility cover three areas of service :

a. Departure Hall
Our valet service officers will enthusiastically greet you at the check in counter and organize your travel documents. Special assistance is given for international flight customer filling out entry card and fiscal payment (requested by passenger). Our valet service officers will accompany you from during immigration process up to the executive lounge.

b. Transfer Desk
Especially for you who are arriving from a previous flight and proceeding your journey with a connecting flight, our valet service officers will assist you in finding the boarding gate and in offering you solutions to any misconnection problems.

c. Arrival Hall
At the Arrival hall, you will be warmly greeted by our valet service officers who are ready to assist in baggage collection. Our staff will also take care of baggage-mishandling including the tracing process.

Airport Check In

  • Normal check-in
    We advise our customer to check in at the airport at least 30 minutes before departure time for domestic flight and 45 minutes before departure time for international flight, but it is wise to arrive at the airport earlier than expected.
  • Check-in Without Baggage
    This is a kind of quick service given for customer traveling without baggage with confirmed booking status temporary and at the moment only applies for terminal F at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Jakarta.
  • Group check-in
    A kind of service created for a group of people traveling with confirmed booking status which will be more comfortably done at the airport check-in counter rather than at our Sales Office.
  • Return check-in
    Customer with confirmed booking status who has a same day connecting flight was given chance to thorough check-in for their return journey at the departure airport/station.
  • Through check-in
    Customer with a confirmed booking status who has connecting flight was given a chance to do a thorough check-in for the whole itinerary of his/her journey at the departure airport/station by condition.
  • Lounge check-in
    Garuda Indonesia proudly releases its latest service of Lounge Check-in. The service is dedicated to Garuda Indonesia domestic flight passenger holding Executive Class ticket without baggage. We realize that our passenger expectation of smooth and seamless check-in at the airport counter offers nothing but memorable relief feeling of not having to suffer a long queue. Our valet service officer will do the process instead while you are in the middle of enjoying the taste of meal and drinks under our classy and convenient atmosphere at our Garuda Executive Lounge.

    *) Our Lounge check-in at the moment is only available at Soekarno-Hatta airport, Jakarta.

Executive Lounge

Customers traveling on Executive Class or Garuda Indonesia member of Frequent Flyer Platinum and Gold member or member of our Executive Card Plus and Garuda Indonesia Citibank Credit Card holder can now access our Executive Lounge.

Available at Soekarno Hatta International Airport and Ngurah Rai International Airport

The moment you enter through our Executive Lounge you will be warmly greeted by our typical Indonesian smile and hospitality. Our lounge staff is very pleased to assist your onward connections, check-in, and other travel assistance required to make your flight comfortable.

The Lounge offers an array of world class facilities such as a VIP lounge, fully equipped business center with meeting rooms and the latest IT support, a quiet room to relax in, a refreshment area complete with shower, nursery a luggage area and praying room. Business becomes easier and  more convenient, thanks to special features and facilities provided. The features and facilities includes : Wireless Internet Connection, Complimentary Internet Logging, Complimentary photocopy and Complimentary local calls.

We set up the lounge with a large buffet with wide range of food and beverages which includes traditional food. At the International Lounge we provide a mini bar with communal bar and cup styles table set up. The Lounge opens from 05.00 AM to our last flight everyday.

How to obtain the convenience offered ?
During  check in, customer holding Executive class ticket, Gold and Platinum member of Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flayer (GFF),  Executive Card Plus (ECP) and holder of Garuda Indonesia Citibank Credit Card will receive Cordially Invitation Card (COD) to enter the Lounge from Garuda Indonesia Executive lounge.
