Transit & Connecting Flight

International Arrival at Terminal II/E

• International Passengers who are about to have a connecting flight abroad and have possessed a Boarding pass (through check-in) may proceed to the Departure Gate.
• International Passenger who are about to have domestic connecting flight but already posses Boarding Pass (through check-in) for the connecting flight must go through Custom Clearance, Immigration & Quarantine (CIQ) process will then proceed to domestic Departure Gate (terminal II/F)
• International Passengers who are about to have a domestic or abroad connecting flight but do not possess a Boarding Pass should directly proceed to the Transfer Desk.

Domestic Arrival at Terminal II/F

• Domestic Passengers who are about to have connecting flight and already possessed a Boarding Pass (through check-in) may proceed to the assigned Departure Gate.
• Domestic Passengers who are about to have an international connecting flight and already possess a Boarding Pass (through Check-in) should directly proceed to the international departure lounge at terminal II/E to undergo Custom Clearance, Immigration & Quarantine (CIQ) process should then be proceeded at the assigned Departure Gate.
• Domestic Passengers who are about to have a connecting flight but do not possess Boarding Pass yet should directly proceed to Check-in counter before entering the Departure Gate.
