Normal check-in

We advise our customer to check in at the airport at least 30 minutes before departure time for domestic departure and 45 minutes before departure time for international departure, but it is even better to arrive at the airport earlier than expected.

City check-in

The service is meant to help customer check-in easily at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office ( Domestic or International Branch Office ) which opens 24 hours before departure time or at least 4 hours before departure time. Customer must report at the airport check-in counter at least 1 hour before departure time, but we suggest you arrive at the airport earlier than expected.

Telephone check-in

Customer who posses ticket and or have done on line payment is given chance to check-in by telephone at Garuda Indonesia Call Center. This option is only valid for :

• Economy Class domestic passengers who paid for the ticket via on-line payment.
• Executive Class passenger valid on Jakarta– Singapore and Jakarta to all domestic (in Indonesia) destinations.

Check-in Without Baggage

This is a type of quick service available for customer traveling without baggage with confirmed booking status temporarily and at the moment only applies for terminal F at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Jakarta.

Group check-in

A type of service created for a group of people traveling with confirmed booking status which will be more comfortably done at the airport check-in counter rather than at our Sales Office. 

Return check-in

Customer with confirmed booking status having a same day connecting departure is given chance to do a thorough check-in for their return journey at the departure airport/station.

Through check-in

Customer with a confirmed booking status having a connecting departure is given a chance to do a thorough check-in for the whole itinerary of his/her journey at the departure airport/station.

Lounge check-in*

Garuda Indonesia proudly presents its latest Lounge Check-in service. The service is offered to domestic departure passengers holding Executive Class tickets without baggage. We realize that our passengers expect smooth and seamless check-in at the airport counter, and not having to suffer a long queue. Our valet service officer will check-in for you instead while you sit back and enjoy meal and drinks under our classy and convenient atmosphere in our Garuda Executive Lounge.
