(+) The ticket rules/conditions that is attached to the specified fares chosen by the customer .

(?) Why should there be a range of prices for the same destination ?

(+) In order to provide better services to customer of Various segments.

(?) What is the difference between Economy and Executive Class ?

(+) Economy class offers seating standards equals to " Tourist class" but less than standards provided in Executive Class. Executive Class offers seating standards more superior to those provided on economy / tourist class.

(?) I have a refundable Garuda Indonesia ticket that I am not going to be able to use. How can I obtain a refund?

(+) Unless specified otherwise in the fare condition, International / Domestic Ticket can be refunded directly at any GA sales office or Travel Agents office, which originally collected passage the money with certain requirement. (?) If I return my tickets, how long does it take for me to receive a refund?

(+) If tickets is issued and refunded at the same Garuda ticketing office, the refund will take approximately to 2 weeks. The process may take longer if the ticket issued by travel agents.

(?) I have a non refundable Garuda Indonesia ticket that I am not going to use. Can I still get a refund ?

(+) We are sorry to say that it's against the regulation.

(?) Can I change my ticket or get a refund if my plans changed due to force major ?

(+) Yes. It may considered as Involuntary Refund.

(?) I purchased a prepaid ticket for my friend and he did not travel. How do I get my refund ?

(+) Ticket issued against a Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) will be refunded only to the sponsor of the PTA. Passenger may apply for refund which according to GA policy.

(?) Is it possible for me to up-grade my class to a higher one ?

(+) Yes it is possible, so come to the nearest Garuda Indonesia sales office to recalculate the ticket payment.

(?) What is the easiest way to purchase a ticket on Garuda Indonesia ?

(+) If you lost your electronic ticket document, you can ask and request to Garuda Indonesia Office or Travel Agent issuing office to re-print the ticket to bring the self evidence.
