Previously, he is Commissioner of PT Merpati Nusantara, and Executive in various domestic company and abroad.

Adi Rahman Adiwoso was born in Yogyakarta on July 26, 1953, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, USA and received a Master of Science from California Institute of Technology, USA in the same field.

Appointed as member of the Audit Committee since May 1, 2009. Presently, he works for PT Nura Kapital and is responsible for Business Development, Corporate Restructuring, Equity Financing & Project Financing. Adi Dharmanto was born on September 30, 1962, obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya (ITS) in 1987 and Institut Pendidikan & Pengembangan Manajemen (IPPM) in Financial Management in 1990.

Appointed as member of the Audit Committee since December 1, 2008 up to December 31, 2010. Presently she is the Director of Accounting Standard and Disclosure Bureau of Bapepam-LK.

Etty Retno Wulandari was born on August 24, 1962, obtained her Accounting Degree from STAN in 1990, an MBA in Corporate Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester, NY, USA in 1993, and a PhD in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2005.

Appointed as member of the Audit Committee since October 1, 2010. Currently, he is a Group Head of Finance, Accounting and Tax of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero). Previously, work for Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) Jakarta, Team Leader for Special Audit at BLBI, Head of Audit Team at BPKP, Junior Auditor at Unit Internal Audit of PT Garuda Indonesia, Junior Auditor of Badan Operasi Tertib Pusat.

Endang Mudiman was born on April 28, 1963, obtained an Accounting degree from STAN, in 2009, Magister Management at Institut Bisnis Nusantara.

Appointed as Commissioner since 2007. Currently, he holds a position as Advisor to the Ministry of Transportation. Previously, he was a Secretary General of Ministry of Transportation, Directorate General of Rail Transportation, Deputy Minister of Research and Technology in Utilization and Socialization of Sciences and Technology, Commissioner of PT PLN Batam, Commissioner of PT Aditirta Batam, Deputy of Administration & Planning of Batam Authority, Head of Planning Division - BPP Teknologi.

Wendy Aritenang was born in Jakarta on December 15, 1954, earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1979. Master of Science & Diploma (DIC) degree in 1986 and Doctorate in 1989 from the University of London at Imperial College of Science & Technology for Structure (Civil Engineering).

Appointed as member of the Corporate Governance Policy Committee since June 2010 replace Baitul Ihwan. Previously, he worked for PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk until November 2009 with the last position as Senior Manager of GCG Implementation & Corporate Compliance. He served also as member of Corporate Governance Policy Committee of PT GMF Aero Asia.

B. Budiana was born in Bandung on July 17, 1969, obtained his Bachelor degree in Accounting from Polytechnic of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and Economic degree from Universitas Terbuka.

Appointed as member of the Corporate Governance Policy Committee since November 2008. Presently he is a consultant for the GCG Clinic at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), Executive Secretary of DPPK Program Implementation, and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee of PT Semen Baturaja. Previously he served as the consulting Team Head for HR Development at PT IGLAS, Head of the Development Team for competency and performance based Academic and Non- Academic HR Management System at ITB, and a member of the consulting team at PT Indonesia Power.

G. Suprayitno was born on February 14, 1956, obtained his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Mechanization from IPB, Magister in Management from Labora Management School, and Doctorate in Technical and Industry Management from ITB.

Appointed as President Commissioner since June 2007. He is also active as Director General of State Assets at the Department of Finance, member of the Board of Directors of LPEI, and Commissioner of PT Tuban Petro. Previously, Supervisory Board of BLU Central Management of Gelora Bung Karno Compound, President Commissioner of Bank Ekspor Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Bahana Pembiayaan Usaha Indonesia, Commissioner of Bank BTPN, Commissioner of Tugu Re, member of Supervisory Board of Perum Perhutani, Head of Legal Division – Ministry of Finance, Alternate Executive Director of World Bank in Washington DC, Head of Legal and Public Relations Division – Ministry of Finance.

Hadiyanto was born in Ciamis on October 10, 1962, graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Padjadjaran. He obtained a certificate of International Tax Program from Harvard University, USA and received an LLM from Harvard University Law School, USA in 1993.

Appointed as Independent Commissioner since November 2010. He is also President Commissioner of PT Maha Media. Previously, served as Commissioner of the Company since 2007, President Commissioner of the Company since 2005, and President Director since of the Company from 1998 to 2002. Secretary of the Minister of the State Owned Enterprises, Commissioner of PT Duta IBJ Leasing, President Commissioner of Bank Bukopin, Commissioner of PT Amro Duta Leasing and member of the Board of Directors of the Asean Finance Corporation in Singapore.

Abdulgani was born in Bukittinggi on March 14, 1943, obtained his degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia in 1968 and his Master degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA in 1998 and Doctorate degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta in 2010.

Appointed as Commissioner since June 2007. Concurrently, he is also an Expert Staff in Public Policy at the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises, President Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) and Commissioner of Tugu Insurance. Previously, he was Deputy in Mining, Strategic Industry, Energy and Telecommunication of the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises, Deputy of Coordinating Minister of Macro Economy & Finance, President Commissioner of PT Geo Dipa Energi, Commissioner of PT Petrokimia Gresik, Commissioner of PT PGN (Tbk), Chairman of Pertamina (DKPP), Alternate Governor of OPEC Fund.

Sahala Lumban Gaol was born in Sibolga on July 7, 1952, graduated with a Bachelor of Husbandry from Bogor Institute of Agriculture, completed his Masters studies in Economy from the University of Illinois, USA in 1988 and received a Doctor of Philosophy in Economy with specializations in Economics, Finance, Monetary Economics, International Economics and Econometrics from Iowa State University, USA in 1994.

Appointed as member of the Risk Policy Committee since 2008. Presently he is a Researcher at the Directorate of Industrial Infrastructure, Deputy for Industrial Analysis, BPPT; Chairman/Board of Directors for IPTN North America Inc. Seattle, USA. Previously he was the Chief of Team Selection, Monitoring and Evaluation for the Research Program in Industrial Technology and Engineering Development; Commissioner of PT IPTN; Commissioner/President Commissioner of PT Nusantara System International, Senior Executive Vice President (Director of Finance) of PT IPTN.

Asril Fitri Syamas was born on April 30, 1957, obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia and Technological Economics from University of Stirling, United Kingdom. In 2009, he received Certified Risk Management Professional from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Manajemen Risiko and Chairman of Inkubator Bisnis Indonesia (AIBI) Association.

Appointed as member of the Risk Policy Committee since November 2008. Presently she is member of Risk Management Community at PRiMA and LSPMR. Previously, she is a Deputy Senior Manager of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA), Seconded from PPA to the Secretariat for the Indonesian Minister of Finance; work for IBRA and Operations Group of ASPAC Bank.

Lily Rosilawaty Sihombing was born on February 6, 1971, obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from YAI University in 1991, MBA degree from La Trobe University, Melbourne in 1999. Received Professional Risk Management Certificate from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Manajemen Risiko (LSPMR) in 2010.
