PT. GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero), the national flag carrier of Indonesia, will conduct an aircraft leasing tender for Hajj transportation for the year of 2011. We would like to invite interested parties to participate in this tender.

Requirements of the lease are as follows :

• Aircraft type : Boeing 747-400, Boeing 767-300 ER, Boeing 777-200LR or preferably Boeing 777-300/300ER, and Airbus A330-200/300
• Aircraft Requirement : Preferably IOSA Compliant
• Year of Manufacture : Not earlier than 1991 for B 747-400. Not earlier than 1996 for Boeing 777, Boeing 767-300 ER & Airbus A330-200/300.
• Type of Lease : Wet Lease (A.C.M.I)
• Lease Term : 26 September 2011 s/d 12 December 2011.
• Route : From Indonesia to Jeddah and/or Medina v.v

Participants shall be the owner and/ or Operator of the aircraft holding, Air Operator Certificate.

The Leasing proposal must include :
a)Technical specifications and aircraft MSN/Serial Number
b)Commercial Terms

Tender leasing documents can be obtained from Monday 21 March to Friday 1 April 2011 during business hours from the Garuda Management Building-Garuda City Center (see address below). Tender documents are available for a non-refundable administration fee of USD 1.000 (One Thousand United States Dollars). The tender documents may also be obtained by electronic means at : hajj2011@garuda-indonesia.com

Interested participants must submit bids not later than 16.30 Local Time, Wednesday 6 April 2011.
