Grand Prize
Two Executive Class Return Tickets to any International or Domestic Destination on the Garuda Indonesia Route Network*

*Completion of the Garuda Indonesia Customer Survey will automatically enter the respondent in the Lucky Draw Pool. Respondents must fully complete the survey by 31/08/2011. The Draw will be conducted on 06/09/2011. Prize winner will be informed of their winnings via ordinary post. Upon notification, prize winner will be required to provide further contact details, selected flight destination, selected dates of travel and passport details of the travelling parties. Prize winner will be awarded the flight tickets via ordinary post within 2 weeks upon provision of travel details.  Prize must be used within one year of award. Prize is non-transferable. Prize only covers the cost of the 2 return flight tickets. All taxes and other flight/travel/accommodation – related expenditure will not be covered by Garuda Indonesia. Prize winner will need to arrange and fund their own transport to their nearest Garuda Indonesia serving airport. Prize winner can choose to travel to any International Destination on the Garuda Indonesia Route Network.
