We, PT. GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk (“GARUDA”), a state-owned enterprise duly established under the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia by virtue of Government Regulation Number 102 of 1961 regarding The Establishment of Air Transportation State Company Garuda Indonesian Airways, having its business field as the National Flag Carrier of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in Indonesia, would hereby like to  present our confirmation, protest and objection and beg attention of the public to the following matters:

1. Garuda Indonesia Training Center (“GITC”) is an educational institution, training and human resources development in aviation industry that owned and managed by GARUDA;
2. GARUDA discovered unauthorized information related to the held of illegal IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE, used the brand and logo of GARUDA Cq. GITC illegally, which were published in http://www.continuum-learning.com , with Tjandra Kurniawan as the contact person including his bank accounts, which may reasonably be considered to be part of an attempt by continuum-learning and/or Tjandra Kurniawan to conduct illegal IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE to the public at large or other concerned party(ies), directly or indirectly, on behalf of GARUDA;
3. GARUDA hereby declares its OBJECTION for the publishing of the held of illegal IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE used the brand and logo of GARUDA Cq. GITC illegally by continuum-learning and/or Tjandra Kurniawan and DENIES any illegal activities as mentioned above and we furthermore would like to CLARIFY that GARUDA Cq. GITC always conducts IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE  based on prior agreement with third party/agent, and GARUDA never sign any agreement, ask and/or appoint continuum-learning and/or Tjandra Kurniawan, directly or indirectly, to conduct IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE;
4. According to the published of the held of illegal IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE above, we declare our OBJECTION and confirm that the content information of illegal training as published in continuum-learning’s website and/or Tjandra Kurniawan are a MISLEADING information and the published of such illegal training/course was conducted without the prior permission from GARUDA Cq. GITC and therefore must be considered as an unlawful act;
5. Upon to the condition above, we therefore inform the publics or any other concerned party(ies) intending to join or conduct any other transaction activities related to the illegal IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE above, to kindly not respond to any advertisements, promotions, marketing or any misleading and unlawful information published on continuum-learning’s website and/or Tjandra Kurniawan.
6. We hereby urge the publics or any other concerned party(ies) to kindly disregard the course and its transactions activity of the illegal IATA CERTIFICATION BASIC FARES & TICKETING COURSE above without prior permission from GARUDA in order to avoid any claims and/or lawsuits, whether criminal or civil, or any other possible legal remedies from GARUDA.

Therefore we convey our WARNING and OBJECTION to the publics and any other concerned party(ies) whomsoever for their attention to.
