To purchase tickets directly and easily from Garuda Indonesia, use our various online payment options. After making a reservation, you receive a Booking Code and 13-digit payment code.


For better passenger convenience, Garuda Indonesia now issue an e-ticket (electronic or paperless tickets) for all domestic travel and flights to Singapore originating in Jakarta. An e-ticket can never be lost or stolen, as the entire travel information is stored in the Garuda Indonesia computer reservation system. If required, an Itinerary Receipt (ITR)* showing your travel information can be issued instead of a traditional paper ticket from Garuda Indonesia Branch Offices, Airport Ticketing Offices, Services and accredited Travel Agents.
*Itinerary Receipt (ITR) is not required for actual travel on Garuda Indonesia flights. For passengers using e-payment, they can request an ITR via e-mail from the 24 Hour Call Center.

After Telephone Check-in has been completed over the phone, a boarding pass for one way travel can be collected at the dedicated e-travel counter at Terminal 2 entrance F at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
