To purchase tickets directly and easily from Garuda Indonesia, use our various online payment options. After making a reservation, you receive a Booking Code and 13-digit payment code.

  • For e-payment using any Visa or Master Card credit card, just call the 24 Hour Call Center, provide your flight details, then key in your 16-digit credit card number to authorize payment.
  • e-pay also allows you to pay for tickets using Automatic Teller Machines from BCA, BNI, Bank Mandiri, Bank Niaga, Lippo Bank, Permata Bank, BRI and BII; Telehone Banking from Bank Mandiri, BNI and BCA; Mobile Banking from Bank Mandiri, BCA and Permata Bank; Internet Banking from Bank Mandiri, BCA, BNI and Lippo Bank.

For better passenger convenience, Garuda Indonesia now issue an e-ticket (electronic or paperless tickets) for all domestic travel and flights to Singapore originating in Jakarta. An e-ticket can never be lost or stolen, as the entire travel information is stored in the Garuda Indonesia computer reservation system. If required, an Itinerary Receipt (ITR)* showing your travel information can be issued instead of a traditional paper ticket from Garuda Indonesia Branch Offices, Airport Ticketing Offices, Services and accredited Travel Agents.

*Itinerary Receipt (ITR) is not required for actual travel on Garuda Indonesia flights.  For passengers using e-payment, they can request an ITR via e-mail from the 24 Hour Call Center.

To check-in more conveniently using telphone check-in, call our 24 Hour Call Center at 0804 1 807 807 or (021) 2351 9999, 24 hours in advance of the flight until 4 hours before departure. Currently Telephone check-in is only available for :

  • Executive Class passengers on flights originating from Jakarta to any domestic destination as well as Jakarta to Singapore.
  • Economy Class passengers who have purchased aticket using e-payment facilities for domestic flights originating in Jakarta.

After Telephone Check-in has been completed over the phone, a boarding pass for one way travel can be collected at the dedicated e-travel counter at Terminal 2 entrance F at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
