Garuda Website & Call Center Survey

In order to gather more information on brand awareness, customer perception on the quality of service and the customer priority on Garuda Indonesia products services available online: Call Center, Online Payment, Website, Internet Booking and Online Check-in. The survey has taken place in April - May 2011, carried out Garuda Indonesia online survey through email correspondance and website. 4.740 people have responded to the survey as the customer voice. The survey takes places this year.
