The survey took place in April to May 2011, at all travel agents/sub agents/Garuda on-line sales member in DKI Jakarta and around. The survey took form of questionnaires and internet-based polling through email/website. The total number of the respondents was approximately 150 people, targeting the owners/managers and front liners.
