Best Fare Terms & Conditions
- The Best fares currently listed are valid until the dates indicated
- Seats are limited and may not be available on all flight listed
- All fares are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- All fares shown do not include an insurance charge of IDR 10.000 (per sector) and fuel surcharge of [Flying Time up to 1 hour IDR 270.000, 1-up to 2 hours IDR 340.000, 2-up to 3 hours IDR 410.000, 3-up to 4 hours IDR 480.000 & more than 4 hours IDR 530.000] per sector plus 10% VAT on the airfare.
- Fares marked with *min. 2 pax* are only available when a minimum of 3 2 adult passengers are traveling together.
- A Surprise Fare must be confirmed booking on a fixed flight and fixed date, on Garuda Indonesia.
- Stopovers are not permitted.
- Best Fares can only be purchased in Indonesia from a Travel Agent or Garuda Indonesia Branch Office.
- Best Fare tickets can only be reissued with a surcharge of IDR 50.000 and only for higher fare.
- Best Fare are not refundable, non re-routable, and cannot be booked.
- GFF mileage can be accrued on Surprise Fares.
- A discount of 25% is available on the applicable adult Best Fare for children (from ages 2 to below 12) occupying a seat.
- A discount of 90% is available on the applicable adult Best Fare for children under 2 years of age, not occupying a seat.
- A discount of 25% is available on the applicable adult Best Fare for children under 2 years of age, occupying a seat.
- A discount is available for unaccompanied children traveling on a Best Fare.
- Unaccompanied infants are not permitted.
