Sipiso-piso Waterfall

North Sumatra, with the Bukit Barisan Mountain Range and the steep cliffs, is the home of an ethereal landscape.

Moreover, the natural contour also has some mesmerizing waterfalls. Sipiso-piso Waterfall is one of them. The highest waterfall in Indonesia is formed out of a small river under the Karo land. The water erupts from the walls of Lake Toba, falling rapidly from the height of 120 meters.

With that height in mind, we advise you to enjoy the beauty of Sipiso-piso from a distance. If you’re one of the few lucky ones, you’ll get the chance to see beautiful rainbow right in front of the waterfall.
