Garuda Indonesia Bike Tour 2013
Get ready for three more exciting Bike Tour with Garuda Indonesia in 2013. The first of three is Solo, followed by Tokyo. Like all other bike tour before, passengers of Garuda Indonesia are invited to join Garuda Group Cycling Community (G2C2) to participate in the event. A memorable biking adventure with Garuda Indonesia is waiting for you. It is also a good time to meet other passengers, get to know each other and create potential networking.
Solo Bike Tour
Unlike your ordinary destinations, Solo is special. It is the one place where you can ride around town and you still have a lot to see other than typical buildings. Old buildings with a touch of culture and history are aplenty here. You and your bicycle can start at 7 am from the marquee of Karang Anyar Regency. Ride your bike through Matesih and Karangpandan area until you reach the finish line in Kemuning.
If it is not your first bike tour, riding as far as 30 km from the starting point within 4-5 hours should not be a problem. At the final stop, a bus will be waiting to transport you back to the hotel. Have some rest before you proceed with the next activity. You ready for this trip? Tokyo Bike Tour I
The next city on our list is the capital of Japan. We are very fond of taking you here since not only one but two eventful bike tours are guaranteed. The first Tokyo Bike Tour is held on April 12-17. Directly after the participants arrive in Tokyo, you will be taken to explore the city, starting with Asakusa Temple.
Of course, you will have enough time to shop since Tokyo offers exciting shopping places. Do not forget to have your camera ready as it is the best time to capture the beauty of the blossoming peaches.
The tour package costs $1,919,-/pax.
Tokyo Bike Tour II
Not too far apart from the first Tokyo Bike Tour, the second tour in the city is held a week after on April 19-24, 2013. And keep your fingers crossed for the weather so you can visit the globally known Mount Fuji, it would be a shame to miss it.
Make sure you are in a perfect condition since we will take you to ride around five lakes in the vicinity of Mount Fuji. If you are not participating in the cycling tour, do not be discouraged. You still can join the sightseeing tour for free.
The tour package costs $1,919,-/pax.
All of the packages above cover the following:
- Accommodation during the event
- Garuda Indonesia tickets (Economy Class) for Jakarta-Tour Destination-Jakarta excluding tax and fuel charge
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the program
- Participant jerseys

They exclude:
- Airport tax of Rp150,000,- (international flight) and Rp40,000,- (domestic flight)
