Garuda Indonesia Leads With Indonesian Style Service

The application of the Garuda Indonesia Experience service concept has been recognized with a Rekor Bisnis Award, which was accepted by Faik Fahmi, Garuda Indonesia EVP Services, at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta on November 7. The Rekor Bisnis Award event was staged by the daily newspaper Harian Seputar Indonesia in cooperation with the research companies TERA Foundation and Frontier.

In his acceptance speech, Faik Fahmi said that the implementation of the Garuda Indonesia Experience was proof of Garuda Indonesia’s commitment to preserving and presenting Indonesian culture around the world.
