Garuda Indonesia has once again proven its committment to customer satisfaction after winning the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2012. This is the thirteenth time that Garuda Indonesia has won the award.
The ICSA 2012 Award was received by Faik Fahmi, Garuda Indonesia EVP Services; and was presented by Kemal E. Gani, Editor-in-Chief of SWA Magazine; and Hadi Irawan, CEO of Frontier, in the Hotel Gran Melia ballroom in Jakarta on November 8. During the event, Faik Fahmi discussed the implementation of the Garuda Indonesia Experience as a brand differentiator in creating customer satisfaction.
ICSA 2012 was staged by SWA Magazine in cooperation with Frontier. ICSA’s assessment criteria utilise the results of research and survey findings that involve over 7,500 respondents.
