Invitation to Bid
PT. GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., the national flag carrier of Indonesia, will conduct an aircraft leasing tender for Hajj transportation for the year of 2013. We would like to invite interested parties to participate in this tender.
Requirements of the lease are as follows :
| Aircraft type | : | Boeing 747-400, Boeing 767-300 ER, Boeing 777-200LR or preferably Boeing 777-300/777-300ER, and Airbus A330-200/300. |
| Aircraft Requirement | : | Preferably IOSA Compliance |
| Year of Manufacture | : | Not earlier than 1991 for B 747-400 Not earlier than 1995 for B 777, B767-300 ER & A330-200/300 |
| Type of Lease | : | Wet Lease (A.C.M.I) |
| Lease Term | : | 05 September 2013 - 22 November 2013. |
| Route | : | From Indonesia to Jeddah and/or Medina v.v Preferably Direct Flight (No Technical Stop) |
Participants shall be the owner and/ or Operator of the aircraft, holding Air Operator Certificate.
The Leasing proposal must include :
a) Technical specifications and aircraft MSN/Serial Number
b) Commercial terms
Tender leasing documents can be obtained from 25 February to 11 March 2013 during business hours from the Garuda Management Building ñ Garuda City Center (see address below). Tender documents are available for a non-refundable administration fee of USD 1.000.00 (One Thousand United States Dollars). The tender documents may also be obtained by electronic means as applicable.
Interested participants must submit bids not later than 13 March (16.30 WIB) 2013.
