CONDITION OF USE OF GARUDA INDONESIA ONLINE CHECK IN FACILITY
1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
1.1 Garuda Indonesia Online Check In facility is owned and operated by PT.
Garuda Indonesia (Persero), hereinafter called “Garuda Indonesia”,
through Garuda Indonesia website. When Passenger/You, hereinafter called “Passenger”,
use Garuda Indonesia Online Check In, it means that Passenger agree with this
Condition of Use of Garuda Indonesia Online Check In, hereinafter called “Condition
of Use”. If Passenger does not agree with this Condition of Use, please
check in through other alternative check in, such as Telephone Check In at 021-23519999
(Indonesia Region Only) or 0804 1807 807, City Check In at the nearest Garuda
Indonesia Sales Office or Check In at airport.
1.2 This Condition of Use are subject to change without prior notice to Passenger.
1.3 Garuda Indonesia does not guarantee Passenger while accessing and/or using
Garuda Indonesia Online Check In will be uninterrupted or error free from errors,
viruses, worms, spam or other attack.
1.4 When Passenger use Garuda Indonesia Online Check In, it means that Passenger
agree and comply to the Terms and Conditions that apply in the Garuda Indonesia,
including Conditions of Contract, Condition of Carriage, and other associated
applicable terms and conditions related to Passenger’s trip plan using
Garuda Indonesia flight.
2. LIMITATION OF USE
2.1 Online Check In is an additional facility and alternative check in provided
by Garuda Indonesia for Passenger to ease the conduct of check in by online.
2.2 Passenger may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform,
reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell
any information, software, products or services obtained from this Garuda Indonesia
Online Check In facility.
2.3 Garuda Indonesia has licenses and rights (including trademarks, copyrights
and patent rights) in relation to the software and all information and materials
available through Garuda Indonesia Online Check In. Passenger is not permitted
to download or export or re-export any software or information or materials
that are available through Garuda Indonesia Online Check In except with prior
written permission of Garuda Indonesia and in accordance with applicable laws
and regulations. In particular, Passenger can do the downloading while using
Garuda Indonesia Online Check In, in accordance with written instructions from
Garuda Indonesia.
3. THE USE OF GARUDA INDONESIA ONLINE CHECK IN
3.1 Garuda Indonesia Online Check In is a check in facility made to assist Passenger
in the check in process for himself/herself and other passengers who have a
family relationship (husband/wife & children).
3.2 Passenger guarantee all information submitted in using Garuda Indonesia
Online Check In facility information is true and accurate.
3.3 Unlawful use of Online Check In will be given a penalty that is cancellation
of a seat number that has been selected through the Garuda Indonesia Online
Check In facility.
4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF GARUDA INDONESIA ONLINE CHECK IN
4.1 Garuda Indonesia Online Check In only applies to:
1. Passenger with domestic destination who already has an Electronic Ticket
(e-ticket) with confirm booking status.
2. Passenger who has purchased ticket at Executive Class (C), Economy Class
( Y, M & L).
3. One-way flight with one flight number.
4. Period of Garuda Indonesia Online Check In which is done within 24 hours
until 4 hours before departure time.
4.2 Garuda Indonesia Online Check In does not apply to:
1. One-way flight with more than one flight number.
2. Passenger in pregnant condition (recommended check in at airport and bring
a recommendation letter from a doctor or other documents in accordance with
applicable law).
3. Passenger who brings baby or require a wheelchair, stretcher case, or other
special handling at airport.
4. Passenger under 12 years old, whom traveled without accompanied by adults
over the age of 17 years.
4.3 Online Check In Receipt
Passenger is encouraged but not required to print the Online Check In receipt
as a proof of doing the Online Check In, which will be exchanged with a boarding
pass at check in counter in airport.
4.4 Seat Selection
Passenger can make seat selection during the Online Check In, but on certain
condition, Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to make changes in seating without
prior notice.
4.5 Completeness of Documents
After conducting an Online Check In, Passenger is obliged to come and report
to the check in counter at airport showing an electronic ticket receipt (e-ticket
receipt) as a proof of buying a ticket, with valid identity card (Identity Card,
Passport, or other identity card with photo) not less than 45 minutes before
departure time. If passenger’s report is behind schedule, Garuda Indonesia
has the right to cancel the Online Check In, which already has been made.
4.6 Passenger Service Charge
Arriving at the airport, Passenger is obliged to report to the check in counter
and pay Passenger’s Service Charge.
4.7 Reporting Time
Passenger must come to airport and report to the check in counter at the airport
to get boarding pass and other documents of departure then records the baggage.
Maximum report time is 45 minutes, which is the limit time for Passenger to
collect the documents of departure, baggage record, and declare eligible to
travel. Passenger must arrive at the airport with sufficient time for completing
the official government requirements and other requirements related to Passenger’s
departure.
The flight will not be delayed because of Passenger’s dilatory and Garuda
Indonesia is not responsible for such incident. Garuda Indonesia will cancel
the seat that have been selected by Passenger in Online Check In if Passenger
does not come in time to collect and bring documents of departure, or if Passenger
does not arrive on time in Boarding Gate, or if Passenger does not have a valid
travel document. Passenger must be at the boarding gate not less than the determined
schedule in the document of departure.
4.8 Emergency Exit Seats
Garuda Indonesia reserves the right for running safety procedures for Passenger
who sits near the emergency door or window (emergency exit). Garuda Indonesia
will change the seat if the age, mental condition, or psychological of the Passenger
has a dangerous potential for Passenger itself or other Passenger in an emergency.
4.9 System Disorders
In the event of errors or problems in the process of Online Check In, then the
final valid check in data is the data at the check in counter at the airport.
4.10 Online Check In Cancellation Obligation Report
Online Check In cancellation must be reported by Passenger by calling Garuda
Indonesia Call Center +6221-23519999 (Indonesia region only) and 0804 1 807
807.
4.11 Payment Through Credit Card (Online Booking Only)
Passenger who does Online Check In with Garuda Indonesia Online Booking reservation,
when report to check in counter at the airport is required to show the same
credit card used for payment transactions.

5. SECURITY
Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to take all steps to ensure that the data
or information submitted by Passenger to Garuda Indonesia using Garuda Indonesia
Online Check In will be kept confidential and protected from unauthorized access,
but Garuda Indonesia does not guarantee against unauthorized access and is not
responsible for unauthorized access in any way.
6. AGREEMENTS AND REGULATIONS
6.1 Passenger of Garuda Indonesia comply to Condition of Use of Garuda Indonesia
Online Check In Facility, and other terms & conditions, including Conditions
of Contract, Conditions of Carriage, and other terms and conditions related
to Passenger’s itinerary using Garuda Indonesia flight.
6.2 This Terms and Conditions have been prepared in the English and Indonesian
languages, which the Indonesian language version shall prevail for any interpretation
or any dispute or question arising hereunder.
