Passenger Service Assistance (PSA)
Creating comfort for passengers, both on departure and arrival
Premium Service Assistant (PSA) is a special service that is provided for business class and GarudaMiles Platinum passengers. PSA will help passengers, creating the absolute convenience and comfort for passengers, both on departure and arrival.
You can now find PSA services at Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng International Airport, Jakarta (CGK) and Denpasar Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). PSA services help to facilitate domestic and international passengers starting from the check-in process at the Premium Check-In Counter, security checks via the SkyPriority (CGK) line, Fast Track Immigration (CGK) both departure and arrival and baggage handover process at the arrival area (CGK).
Check-in at the Premium Check-In counter, specifically for business class passengers, the entire check-in process will be assisted by the PSA, from checking documents to baggage profiling.
Business class and GarudaMiles Platinum passengers can go directly to the Garuda Indonesia Lounge to wait for flight departure and enjoy lounge facilities that is complete with delicious Indonesian food and drinks.
