通知与资讯

<重要提示>每一个预订仅允许一次网上值机。如果一个预订中包含了多位乘客，所有的乘客必须一同进行值机，否则办理值机的乘客将不能再次办理网上值机，必须前往机场办理。
航班起飞前4-24小时内可以办理网上值机服务；自雅加达出发的国内航班，在航班起飞前2-24小时内可办理网上值机。
网上值机不适用于以下乘客：
- 没有电子机票的乘客
- 2岁以下没有座位的婴儿
- 需要在机场提供特殊协助的乘客，比如怀孕客人，12岁以下独自乘机的儿童，无成人陪伴儿童，在机场要求轮椅，担架或其他特殊照顾的乘客。
- 团队预订（超过9人）
系统会自动分配座位给你，但是你可以通过选择座位选项在网上值机时更改座位。
国际航班，在机场值机柜台办理时，请出示你的网上值机登机牌（包括PDF文件和二维码）
国际航班，请确认你的护照有效期自旅行日期起超过6个月并且确认好有效的旅行证件如签证之类。在登机前，出示给机场值机柜台。
登机口和座位号在没有事先通知的情况下，可能因为以下原因更改：当天机场的天气原因或更换了飞机。你可以在机场通过机场登机口更新屏幕了解更新信息
如果由于技术原因导致你没有成功办理网上值机比如打印机或系统故障，请根据故障页提示信息到机场值机柜台完成值机程序。

通知:

办理网上值机需要有确认预订的电子机票
需要办理快速通关的，需要携带你的护照，并且在办理网上值机时登记护照信息。
有联程航班的乘客可以按顺序值机。
请提前抵达机场办理安检手续。国内航班请在飞机起飞前60分钟到达机场值机柜台办理手续，国际航班请在飞机起飞前90分钟。
仅有一件手提行李，并且不能超过7公斤（经济和商务舱）最大尺寸：56厘米长，23厘米宽，36厘米高（CRJ和ATR机型最大尺寸为41厘米长，17厘米宽，34厘米高）
在你的托运行李中不要存放贵重物品。
为了乘客，机组和飞机安全，请不要在随身行李和托运行李中存放危险品。请点击这里查看详细的行李条例。
请确认你的行李包装完好。
所有自苏哈达加诺机场3号航站楼出发的航班，值机柜台自国际航班起飞前60分钟关闭，自国内航班起飞前45分钟关闭。
在国际机场3号航站楼起飞的航班，机场值机柜台将于国内航班起飞前45分钟关闭。
登机口在航班起飞前120分钟开放，出发大门在航班起飞前15分钟关闭。
需要取消行程的乘客必须通知机场值机柜台或者致电鹰航电话中心。
