GarudaMiles always strive to give the best service for you, Garuda Indonesia’s loyal customer.

We made several adjustments for GarudaMiles membership qualification effective on December 15^th 2020 to ensure you get the main privilege of being GarudaMiles member.

The calculation to increase GarudaMiles membership tier as follows:

The calculations for maintaining GarudaMiles membership tier are as follows:

Herewith several adjustments with details as follows :

1. The period for collecting Tier Miles is still the same as the current policy, which is 12 months or refer to other policy issued by GarudaMiles
2. Especially for GarudaMiles Gold and Platinum members, during the transition period from 15 December 2020 to 30 June 2021, GarudaMiles includes frequency of member flights to upgrade to Platinum or maintain the Platinum membership level. Following are the qualification details to get and to maintain GarudaMiles Platinum membership for the period 15 December 2020 to 30 June 2021:
   • Upgrade: minimum 30,000 tier miles or 50 tier frequencies
   • Maintain: minimum 25,000 tier miles or 45 tier frequencies
3. Frequency is no longer counted as a qualification requirement for GarudaMiles
4. New qualification policy will be applied for maintenance and downgrade process for GarudaMiles Silver member with membership validity period which expires after December 15^th 2020 and for GarudaMiles Gold and Platinum members which has passed the transition period, after June 30^th 2020.

GarudaMiles Blue

More than just a Flight As a Blue member, you will earn miles for free travel awards whenever you travel with us, and when you fly frequently with Garuda Indonesia, you can earn more miles.

Blue membership benefit (Minimum 1 sector - 1 flight)

* 600 miles bonus from online registration and 800 miles bonus from first activity, or 300 miles bonus from offline registration at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office. 600/300 miles bonus valid for 12 months.

GarudaMiles Silver

Because You Deserve More Once you become a Silver member, you will benefit from an increased baggage allowance of 5 kg, enhanced reservation waitlist priority and dedicated check-in counter at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

Silver membership benefit (Minimum 10.000 tier miles)

GarudaMiles Gold

The Exclusivity Once you have attained Gold status, you will enjoy an extra 15 kg baggage allowance, Executive Class check-in at all Garuda Indonesia desks. What's more, you will continue to receive all of the privileges that you have enjoyed as a Silver member.

Gold membership benefit (Minimum 20.000 tier miles)

To maintain GarudaMiles Gold membership after the evaluation, GarudaMiles Gold member must have minimum 15.000 tier miles

* GarudaMiles Gold special check-in counter benefits are only valid at T3 Soekarno Hatta Airport 

 ** Baggage priority tag for GarudaMiles Gold member is using “Gold” tag or Priority tag. GarudaMiles Gold member with First Class and Business Class flight, will get priority baggage handling. GarudaMiles Gold member with Economy Class flight, claim the baggage on general conveyor belt

GarudaMiles Platinum

Precious Mileage Platinum membership entitles you to the very highest level of recognition available on our program. As a platinum member, you will get various privileges such as VIP invitations as an honored guest at premier events for selected members. Naturally, Platinum members are entitled to all of the privileges that are available to Gold members. In fact, you'll find some of them are even more attractive; for instance, an extra 20 kg baggage allowance & earn 25% Tier Bonus.

Platinum membership benefit (Minimum 30.000 tier miles)

To maintain GarudaMiles Platinum membership after the evaluation, GarudaMiles Platinum member must have minimum 25.000 tier miles

*  Lounge services is not available at airport with aircraft CRJ/ATR type. Term and Condition for Lounge Access applied.

** Priority is set respectively on the basis of ticket fare/class; distance flown; GarudaMiles membership level

*** Special Mileage Gift Renewal with amount 5.000 miles for GarudaMiles Platinum member is given everytime members are succeed to maintain their membership for the next period.
