LOUNGE ACCESS

Upgrade the comfort of Economy Class Passenger who can access the lounge with these following conditions :
1. Lounge access can be purchased at City Ticketing Office or Airport Ticketing Office.
2. Lounge Access Charge in several airport (10% tax is included). 
   T3 Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng
     • 1 person : IDR 600,000 per passenger
     • 2-9 people : IDR 500,000 per passenger
     • 10 people or more : IDR 450,000 per passenger
   Kualanamu International Airport, Medan
     • IDR 220,000 per passenger
   Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport, Pekanbaru
     • 1 person : IDR 125,000 per passenger
     • 2-9 people : IDR 100,000 per passenger
     • 10 people or more : IDR 75,000 per passenger
3. Lounge Access is not valid for First Class Lounge / Executive Lounge
4. Passenger can access lounge within 4 hours before departure time
5. Lounge access is subject to actual lounge availability, and will not be available on Black Out Date, such as :
    • 7 days before and after Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Christmas 
    • 7 days before and after New Year 
    • Peak seasons period (school holiday, long weekend, etc.)
6. No charge for infant under 24 months traveling with adult holding EMD of Lounge Access
7. No maximum purchase for individual booking 
8. Maximum purchase for domestic group booking is 50 (fifty) passengers
9. Maximum purchase for international group booking is 20 (twenty) passenger
10. The rest additional Passengers from group booking are able to purchase lounge access at Airport Ticketing Office (ATO) 
11. Travel document to be checked at the time of entering the lounge shall include EMD, Identity Card (KTP/Passport) and Boarding Pass.
12. This transaction is non-refundable.

BUSINESS MEETING ROOM

1. Available in T3 Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng.
2. Maximum capacity of Business Meeting Room is for 8 (eight) person.
3. Decanter (Coffee & Tea Service) is provided inside the room.
4. Charge per room per 2 (two) hours is IDR 800,000 (10% tax is excluded).
5. Business Meeting Room can be booked within 24 hours until 2 hours before departure time at City Ticketing Office / Airport Ticketing Office.
6. Passengers need to have lounge access by advance purchasing at the nearest point of sales (City Ticketing Office / Airport Ticketing Office). Except for passenger who is eligible for lounge access, as follow :
    a. Business Class Passenger
    b. Member of GarudaMiles Platinum
    c. Member of Sky Team Elite Plus
7. Business Meeting Room is valid to be used on the same date with flight schedule only
8. Travel document to be checked at the time of entering the lounge shall include EMD of Business Meeting Room, Lounge Access, Identity Card (KTP / Passport) and Boarding Pass
9. This transaction is non-refundable.

VIP ROOM

1. Available in :
    • T3 Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng
    • Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar
    • Kualanamu International Airport, Medan
    • Juanda International Airport, Surabaya
    • Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport, Pekanbaru
2. Maximum capacity of VIP Room is for 4 (four) person.
3. F&B service by lounge staff will specially be given to passengers
4. Charge per room per 2 (two) hours is IDR 1,000,000 (10% tax is excluded)
5. VIP Room can be booked within 24 hours until 2 hours before departure at City Ticketing Office / Airport Ticketing Office
6. Passengers need to have lounge access by advance purchasing at the nearest point of sales (City Ticketing Office / Airport Ticketing Office). Except for passenger who is eligible for lounge access, as follow :
    • Business Class Passenger
    • Member of GarudaMiles Platinum
    • Member of Sky Team Elite Plus
