インドネシア入国に際して3月8日に特別対応が更新・変更された通りです。健康状態通知カードの記載と提出にも変更はありません。
このカードは機内もしくは到着時に配布されています。

• 健康状態通知カードの簡易日本語訳

2020年3月8日よりインドネシアへの入国制限（トランジットを含む）の更新が実施されています。

〔インドネシア共和国入国制限要件の簡易日本語訳〕

中国以外のイラン、イタリア及び韓国の3か国で新型コロナウイルスが急増しているとのWHOの最新の報告を受け、これら3か国に対する新たな入国管理措置が以下の通り実施されます。

1. 3月8日0時（西部インドネシア時間）以降、以下の地域からの渡航者及び、その地域に渡航の14日前までに滞在していた場合は、インドネシアへの入国及びトランジットの禁止。
   イラン：テヘラン州、コム州、ギーラーン州
   イタリア：ロンバルディア、ヴェネト、エミリア・ロマーニャ、マルケ州、ピエモンテ州
   韓国：大邱広域市、慶尚北道
   また、これら地域以外を除くイラン、イタリア、韓国からの渡航者全てについては、各国の保健当局が発行する有効な健康証明書（英語）を航空便チェックインの際に航空会社へ提出が必要。
2. 同証明書がない場合、インドネシアへの入国・トランジットは拒否されることになります。この措置は、これら3か国に最近渡航された上記以外の外国人（日本人も含む）も対象。 詳しくはインドネシア外務省（英語）をご確認ください。
   また、3月1日より実施されているインドネシアへの入国制限（トランジットを含む）も引き続き有効
3. 中華人民共和国に滞在及び在住でインドネシア訪問査証及び一次在留査証を申請する人は以下の条件に同意する事で当該査証を付与するとともに、インドネシア当局の健康診断の後、新型コロナウイルスに感染していないことが確認されれば入国が認められる
   （1）中国の保健当局が発行する新型コロナウイルス非感染証明書（英文）の提出
   （2）中国国内の新型コロナウイルス非感染地域（注：詳細未定）に14日以上滞在したこと
   （3）インドネシア政府による14日間の隔離による検疫を受けることに同意すること、又はインドネシア入国前に新型コロナウイルスの感染がない第三国に14日間以上滞在することを証明すること
4. インドネシアに入国する日以前の14日間に中国に滞在・訪問した外国人への査証免除措置及び入国時一次在留査証（ビザ・オン・アライバル）の発給は一時的に停止する
5. 上記に該当しない場合でも弊社便／弊社航空券でインドネシア以遠をご利用になる場合、当該国での入国制限に該当する旅客についても同様の取扱いとなります。

入国制限に関しましては、当該国政府の情報をご確認ください。

◆日本国政府及び各空港の案内

下記に該当する方につきましては、3月11日午前0時（日本時間）から当分の間入国できません。

1. 中華人民共和国湖北省又は浙江省発行の中国旅券を所持する外国人
2. 日本到着時前14日以内に以下の地域に滞在歴がある外国人
   （1）中華人民共和国：湖北省、浙江省
   （2）大韓民国：大邱広域市、慶尚北道の慶山市、安東市、永川市、清道郡、漆谷郡、義城郡、星州郡、軍威郡
   （3）イラン・イスラム共和国：コム州、テヘラン州、ギーラーン州、マーザンダラン州、イスファハン州、アルボルズ州、マルキャズィ州、ガズヴィーン州、セムナーン州、ゴレスタン州、ロレスタン州
   （4）イタリア共和国：ロンバルディア州、ヴェネト州、エミリア・ロマーニャ州、マルケ州、ピエモンテ州
   （5）サンマリノ共和国
   （注）上記2-（3）（4）及び（5）については、2020年3月11日午前0時（日本時間）前に外国を出発し、同時刻以降に本邦に到着した外国人については、対象としない。

下記につきましては、3月9日午前0時（日本時間）から3月末日までの間検疫の強化、航空機の到着空港の限定及び査証の制限等実施されます。

1. 検疫の強化
   中国（香港及びマカオを含む。以下同様。）及び韓国からの入国者に対し、検疫所長の指定する場所で14日間待機し、国内において公共交通機関を使用しないことを要請。
2. 航空機の到着空港の限定等
   （1）航空機：中国又は韓国からの航空旅客便の到着空港を成田国際空港と関西国際空港に限定するよう要請。
   （2）船舶：中国又は韓国からの旅客運送を停止するよう要請。
3. 査証の制限等
   （1）中国及び韓国に所在する日本国大使館又は総領事館で発給された一次・数次査証の効力を停止。
   （2）香港及びマカオ並びに韓国に対する査証免除措置を停止。
   （3）中国及び韓国からの観光客による来日の自粛を要請。
4. 水際対策に関する日中韓を始めとする国際協力の強化
   詳しくは首相官邸をご確認ください。

下記に該当する方につきましては、2020年3月3日現在、特別な事情がない限り、日本に入国することができません。

• 日本到着時前14日以内に大韓民国の「大邱広域市」及び「慶尚北道清道郡」における滞在歴がある外国人
• 日本到着時前14日以内に中華人民共和国湖北省又は浙江省における滞在歴がある外国人
• 中華人民共和国湖北省又は浙江省発行の中国旅券を所持する外国人

Coronavirus Notification from Japanese Government

As of 11th March 2020, following travel restriction changes has been applied to passenger who would like to enter Japan.

Measures by the Government of Japan

Foreign nationals who hold a Chinese passport issued by Hubei/Zhejiang Provinces or who have visited following countries or areas within 14 days of arrival in Japan will not be able to land in Japan except under special circumstances for the time being:

• Hubei Provinces in China (effective from 0:00AM Feb 1 JST)
• Zhejiang Provinces in China (effective from 0:00AM Feb 13 JST)
• Daegu City/Cheongdo County in North Gyeongsang Province in Republic of Korea (effective from 0:00AM Feb 27 JST)
• Gyeongsan/Andong/Yeongcheon City, Chilgok/Uiseong/Seongju/Gunwei County in North Gyeongsang Province in Republic of Korea (effective from 0:00AM Mar 7 JST)
• Kom/Tehran/Gilan Provinces in Iran (effective from 0:00AM Mar 7 JST)
• Alborz/Isfahan/Qazvin/Golestan/Semnan/Mazandaran/Markazi/Lorestan Provinces in Iran (effective from 0:00AM Mar 11 JST)
• Veneto/Emilia-Romagna/Piedmont/Marche/Lombardy Provinces in Italy (effective from 0:00AM Mar 11 JST)
• Republic of San Marino (effective from 0:00AM Mar 11 JST)

Below two measures will be effective from 0:00AM Mar 9 JST.

1. Foreign nationals arriving in Japan from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Republic of Korea will be asked to first stay at designated facilities for 14 days, and to avoid using any public transportation while staying at the designated facilities.
   
   • By air: Arrival destinations for aircraft from mainland China and Republic of Korea will be limited to Tokyo Narita (NRT) and Osaka Kansai (KIX) international airports.
   • By sea: Ship transportation of passengers from China and Republic of Korea will be suspended.
2. Single Entry Visa Temporary and Multiple Entry Visas that have already been issued by Embassy & Consulates General of Japan in China or Republic of Korea until Mar 8, will be canceled. Visa Exemption will be suspended for foreign nationals Hong Kong, Macau in China, and Republic of Korea.

Coronavirus Notification from Indonesia Government as of 8th MAR 20

As of 8th March 2020, following travel restriction changes has been applied to passenger who would like to enter Indonesia.

1. In the interest of public health, Indonesia has issued a temporary measure for incoming visitors/travelers from the three said countries as follows:
   First, suspend entry or transit in Indonesia to incoming visitors/travelers who have traveled to the following cities/regions in the last 14 days:
   
   • Iran: City of Tehran and Qom as well as the Province of Gilan
   • Italy: Region of Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche, and Piedmont
   • South Korea: City of Daegu and Province of Gyeongsangbuk-do.
   ​Second, for all visitors/travelers from outside the aforementioned areas in Iran, Italy, and South Korea, a health certificate issued by the official Health Authorities from each respective country will be required. The Health Certificate must still be valid and shown to the airlines authorities upon check-ins.
   ​Without a certificate from the Health Authority, the said visitors/travelers will not be permitted to enter or transit to Indonesia.
   Third, prior to landing, visitors/travelers arriving from the three said countries are required to complete a Health Alert Card (Kartu Kewaspadaan Kesehatan) issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
   The Health Alert Card consists of questions regarding the visitor's travel history. If the visitor/s have traveled in one of the aforementioned regions in the last 14 days, the said visitor will not be permitted to enter or transit to Indonesia.
   Fourth, for Indonesian nationals who have recently traveled to one of the abovementioned countries, especially in the said regions, an additional health examination is required upon arrival at the airport.
2. These​ measures will be effective immediately Sunday, 8 March 2020 at 00.00 Western Indonesian Time (GMT +7).
3. These measures are temporary and will be evaluated pursuant to further developments.
