How to redeem :

1. GarudaMiles members send an email request/WhatsApp request to the GarudaMiles Customer Service (CS) Team with the subject “Redemption Hawke Eye”, via email to garudamiles@garuda-indonesia.com or WhatsApp number +62 813 9845 4480 (text only) and inform:
   • Name
   • GarudaMiles Number
   • Date of Birth
   • Contactable Phone Number
   • Desired type and amount of merchandise

   Note: The email address or phone number use when requesting miles redemption must be the same as the email/phone number registered in GarudaMiles database.

2. GarudaMiles Customer Service (CS) team will inform the location of the Sales Office to collect merchandise and go through the redemption process.
3. GarudaMiles members can pick up merchandise at the designated SO by showing GarudaMiles e-card and redemption notification email to the SO (ticketing) officer.

1. Valid for all GarudaMiles members.

3. Merchandise that can be redeemed according to availability in each Sales Office.
4. It is allowed to exchange the number of vouchers for more than one as long as the miles are sufficient. The responsibility for using vouchers rests entirely with GarudaMiles members.
5. GarudaMiles member should pick up the merchandise at Garuda Indonesia SO within 2 (two) weeks after redemption date. After that, merchandise availability is no longer the responsibility of GarudaMiles.
6. Vouchers are non-cashable & non-refundable.

2. For validation, show a copy of ID Card (Family Card) to Garuda Indonesia Sales Office officers
3. Eligible customers can choose Marvel Studios’ “Hawkeye” official merchandise Disney merchandise available on Sales Office

2. There must be at least 1 (one) passenger under the age of 17 (seventeen) years old to be able to be eligible for Marvel Studios' "Hawkeye" official merchandise
3. Every passenger under the age of 17 (seventeen) years old can get  Marvel Studios' "Hawkeye" official merchandise
4. Promo is valid for purchasing family tickets (minimum 2 passengers in 1 transaction) specifically for domestic routes at the Garuda Jakarta Area Sales Office

2. Participants must answer quiz questions related to GA and Marvel Studios’ “Hawkeye” quickly and accurately on Garuda Indonesia’s Instagram account @garuda.Indonesia, Twitter @IndonesiaGaruda, or Facebook Garuda Indonesia;
3. Participants' Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts are not locked/private;

7. Every week, forty (40) participants from Instagram (20 winners), Twitter (10 winners), and Facebook (10 winners) who answer the questions most quickly and correctly, are eligible for one (1) Marvel Studios’ “Hawkeye” official merchandise each;
