Term and Condition :

    1.   Program period : until March 31st 2021

    2.   This facility can be purchased at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office and Garuda Indonesia Ticketing Counter at Airport.

    3.   Check-in process at Special Check-in Counter :

             -    Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng, Terminal 3 :

                      a) Counter 14 Island F for domestic flight

                      b) Counter 5 Island A for international flight

             -    Other airports : check-in process at SkyPriority Counter.

    4.   Valid for flights operated by Garuda Indonesia (not applied for Code Share flights).

    5.   Children with age more than two years with economy class, non GarudaMiles Platinum / SkyTeam Elite Plus, must have EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) of Garuda           Priority Service – New Normal to enjoy this facility.

    6.   This facility purchase can be made 24 hours until 2 hours before departure.

    7.   Valid for same day with the flight schedule.

    8.   Lounge access facility is not included in this facility.

    9.   Travel documents needed to be check at Fast Track lane are Identity Card (KTP or Passport), payment receipt of Garuda Priority Service, and stamp of Garuda Priority Service           on passenger’s boarding pass.

    10. Refund not allowed.
