30 Minutes
Basic Level. A set of take-off and landing with atmosphere setting around Jakarta. At a certain height, participants will be invited to perform several maneuvers with autopilot and manual features.
Only available for individual participants
60 Minutes
Beginner Level. Basic set of pre-flight, taxi, take-off, and landing based on Jakarta's situation. At a certain height, participants will be invited to perform several maneuvers with autopilot and manual features. In the second set, participants will be invited to do a full manual flight.
Available for individual participants, and groups of 2
90 Minutes
Medium Level. Three sets of take-off and landing at several airports with challenging weather (snowfall, lightning, etc.). It is highly recommended if the participants have tried to operate Full Flight Simulator before.
Available for individual participants, groups of 2, and Groups of 3.
120 Minutes
Expert Level. Four sets of take-off and landing at several airports with tense conditions (including turbulence.). It is highly recommended if the participants have tried to operate Full Flight Simulator before.

Customer Service Garuda Simulator Experience will contact you shortly to confirm your preferred schedule availability and he/she shall offer new alternatives if your preferred one is fully occupied.
Customer Service Garuda Simulator Experience will offer you BNI Special Promo Garuda Simulator if the quota is still available and will ask whether you have any eligible cards for this promotion.
Customer Service Garuda Simulator Experience will send a payment link with net amounts depends on which promotion eligible for you.
You will get the payment link by email and it has a time limit of up to 2 hours.
If your payment had successful, you would get a “successful payment” email notification. However, if it failed, you should receive a “failure in payment” email.
If the time limit had over, the quota for BNI Special Promo Garuda Simulator would be released and you have to contact Customer Service Garuda Simulator Experience to recreate the payment link and check whether there is still left quota for you.
If your payment had successful, but we found that your card is not valid for this promotion, Garuda Indonesia will cancel your transaction and your fund will be refunded to your card.
Garuda Indonesia Training Center (GITC) staff will contact you to confirm the availability of your chosen schedule and its alternatives if the schedule you want is not available.
All communication and correspondence will be conducted on GITC working days and hours, Monday-Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Bookings must be made a maximum of 48 hours before the Garuda Simulator Experience session.
Schedule changes and participant name changes can be made free of charge as long as notification to GITC is given above 48 hours before the Garuda Simulator Experience session.
Schedule changes under 48 hours before the agreed Garuda Simulator Experience session will not be accepted, and payment is non-refundable.
Garuda Simulator Experience session cannot be transferred to another person if the notification to GITC is made under 48 hours before the Garuda Simulator Experience session.
No cancellations can be made for paid sessions.
Changes to the package type to a lower package can be made, but there is no refund.
Changing the package type to a higher package can be done with an additional fee.
Please come 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. This will ensure you can experience the full session.
To ensure that all Garuda Simulator Experience sessions run according to schedule, your session will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late, and there will be no refund.
However, if the delay is still under 30 minutes, you will still feel the remaining time for the session you have selected.
Participants are expected to wear smart casual clothes
Participants are not allowed to use the attributes of any airline during the Garuda Simulator Experience session
Food, drinks, and cigarettes are not permitted during the Garuda Simulator Experience session
Companions and introducers whose names are not registered as participants in the Garuda Simulator Experience session are not allowed to enter the building where the Garuda Simulator Experience session is held
Due to safety factors, this program is not intended for potential participants who have the following conditions:
Are under 12 years of age
Pregnant mother
Have had a history of heart attack, are on a defibrillator, and have heart disease.
