One booking code must consist of 3 (three) passengers with the same family member (showing the copy of the family card (Kartu Keluarga) is required when booking process and check-in at Garuda Indonesia sales office and/or at the airport).
This program is not eligible for:

The passengers are less than 3 (three) persons.
The passengers are not in the same family written on the family card (Kartu Keluarga).
Normal fare is applied for a ticket booking of more than 3 (three) passengers. For a booking with multiple 3 amounts, the booking will be set separately.
Reschedule and refund are applied to all passengers in one booking code (cannot be separated). The new schedule and route for the three passengers are the same.
Passengers’ seats will be selected by the airline and all passengers in one booking code sit next to each other.
Check-in is only allowed at Garuda Indonesia sales office and airport. Passengers cannot check-in via Garuda Indonesia website, GIA Mobile app, and KIOSK Check-in.
This promo cannot be combined with other promos.
Not eligible for codeshare flights.
The stipulation of penalty for refund, reissued, and reschedule is based on Garuda Indonesia’s regulation for each sub-class.
For the refund process, customers can visit Garuda Indonesia sales office or send an email to e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com (only for a ticket issued via website and GIA Mobile app).

The stipulation of ticket reschedules and reissued outside the promo period, the ticket discounted fare will be upsell based on the published fare.
The passengers will get the seat on 32-36 row for this program. If the passengers desire to sit outside those rows, the normal fare will be applied for the ticket. Also, the passengers must follow the restriction of social distancing.
