• Additional discount is applied only for ticket purchase using IDR
• Additional fees for refunds, reissues, and reschedule of airline tickets are applicable in accordance with the policies at Garuda Indonesia based on the respective ticket sub-classes. Any discount amount that has been received cannot be refunded.
• For the refund process, customers can visit Garuda Indonesia sales office or send an email to e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com (only for a ticket issued via FlyGaruda App and Garuda Indonesia website).

• The stipulation of ticket reschedules and reissued outside the promo period, the ticket discounted fare will be upsell based on the published fare.
