GARUDAMILES AGAIN EXTENDS GARUDAMILES PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP

In appreciation for the continued support of GarudaMiles members to Garuda Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are again extending your GarudaMiles Platinum membership status, so you can continue to enjoy the various privileges of GarudaMiles Platinum.

GarudaMiles will provides an extension of up to 12 months for GarudaMiles Platinum memberships expiring in the period June – December 2022.

1. Appreciation Phase, Automatic Extension 7 months

   GarudaMiles provides an automatic extension for 7 months for GarudaMiles Platinum memberships which expire in the period June – December 2022.

   Terms and Conditions:

   • Valid only for all GarudaMiles Platinum (Regular) & Platinum CITI members.
   • Extension of Appreciation Phase Membership will commence in July 2022, and tier miles will continue to be accumulated as a reference for Bonus Phase extension.
     
     
2. Bonus Phase, 5 months Extension Bonus

   Receive a 5 month extension bonus to maintain your GarudaMiles Platinum (Regular) & Platinum CITI membership status, by meeting one of the following requirements:

   • Fly with Garuda Indonesia with a minimum accumulation of additional 5,000 tier miles*
   • Collect a minimum of 50,000 Award Miles from non-flight transactions**
   • Shop for various products of GarudaShop with a minimum accumulation of IDR 15,000,000 or USD 1,000***

*) Additional Tier Miles of 5,000, earned on Garuda Indonesia regular flights (not valid for codeshare, SPA & interline), during the extended Appreciation Phase (7 months).
**) Award Miles can be accumulated from all of non-flight transactions, e.g. the conversion miles from point exchange from bank partners or GarudaMiles non-air partners, and also transactions from the Buy Mileage & Transfer Miles feature (Buy to Extend Miles is not included). Period of mileage earning transaction July 1 – September 30, 2022 (For Platinum CITI  transaction period until 31 December 2022).
***) Purchase GarudaShop products, valid for in-flight purchases (Sales on Board), at the Garuda Indonesia Sales Office and at several Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounges in the Airport area, or online via your gadget anywhere and anytime (web/app GarudaShop). Period of transaction 1 July – 30 September 2022. Collect your shopping receipt and input your GarudaMiles number in every transaction, then you can claim a 5 month extension bonus by sending an email request/WhatsApp request to the GarudaMiles Customer Service (CS) Team with the subject “Bonus Extend Platinum”, via email to garudamiles@garuda-indonesia.com or WhatsApp number +62 813 9845 4480 (text only).
