What about the miles earned while still a GICC cardholders? Can the miles still be used? | There is no impact on all miles earned while still a GICC cardholders. The miles can still be used in accordance with GarudaMiles terms. |
How long can I use my GICC Card? | Your Garuda Indonesia Citi (GICC) Credit Card can still be used as usual and you will still earn miles from the transactions made until further notice from Citibank. |
What about my GarudaMiles number after migrating from Citibank to UOB? | There is no change to your existing GarudaMiles number, your GarudaMiles number will remain the same after the migration to UOB. |
If I am a GICC cardholders, will I automatically become a new UOB cardholders or do I need to re-apply for a UOB card? | All GICC cardholders will receive a new Garuda UOB Cobrand Card which will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2023. When customers activate the new card, they will automatically become Garuda UOB Cobrand cardholders without having to apply for a UOB Credit Card. |
How is the Miles Transfer Process? If the miles I earn at the time of migration are less than 250 miles, will the miles still be credited? | There is no change to the transfer of miles. GarudaMiles will be automatically transferred to your GarudaMiles membership with a minimum of 250 GarudaMiles every cycle date. If at the time of migration your miles are less than 250 miles, they will still be counted and will be transferred if you have met the minimum 250 miles. |
