3. Only valid for GarudaMiles Junior members with valid membership period.
4. Amount of voucher requested are allowed more than one variant voucher based on miles amount redeemed.
5. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
6. Voucher received by GarudaMiles member is transferable and will be fully responsible by GarudaMiles member. (Refer to point 8)
7. Validity period of voucher is until 31 December 2023.
8. Voucher valid for children up to 11 years old.
9. Voucher valid only for 1 transaction.
10. Vouchers can’t be cashed & can’t be combined with other promos/vouchers.
11. Voucher quota is subject to availability.
12. Bali Bird Park has the right to cancel the voucher, and if necessary, to cancel the transaction, if there is indication of voucher abuse/violation.
13. GarudaMiles only acts as voucher distribution platform and is not responsible for service/product from merchants. GarudaMiles is not responsible for complaints and/or claims related to products and /or services offered by merchants.
14. GarudaMiles has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Mechanism

1. GarudaMiles members redeem miles through FlyGaruda App.
2. After redeeming, GarudaMiles Members will receive a voucher code / certificate ID sent via email or stored in the My Voucher menu on the FlyGaruda App.
3. Show the voucher/certificate ID code from the email or FlyGaruda application to the Bali Bird Park staff when exchanging entry tickets.
