Term & Condition :

- Valid for all GarudaMiles members.
- Redemption is done by contacting the GarudaMiles CS team and merchandise will be sent from GarudaMiles CS by redeeming a number of miles as a substitute for packaging and shipping costs and area coverage as follows:
Origin Destination Miles Redeemed / Kg Jakarta Jabodetabek 500 Jawa 1,000 Sumatera, Bali/ Nusantara, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Papua 1,500 - It is allowed to redeem more than 1 merchandise as long as member’s miles balance is sufficient.
- Merchandise delivery by GarudaMiles CS team is maximum H+3 working day after successful redemption.
Redemption Mechanism:
- GarudaMiles member send request email/WA request to GarudaMiles CS team with subject “Redemption Merchandise Mandalika Racing” by email to garudamiles@garuda-indonesia.com or Garuda Indonesia WhatsApp Service at 0811 2 807 807 (text only), by providing information:

- GarudaMiles number
- Date of birth
- Contactable Phone number
- Kind & amount of merchandise items want to redeemed
- Delivery Address
Note: Address of request email or phone number must be the same with email/phone number registered at GarudaMiles database.
After successful redemption, GarudaMiles members will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp from GarudaMiles CS team.
