We advise passengers to check in at the airport at least 1 (one) hour before departure time for domestic departure and 2 (two) hours before departure time for international departure; however, it is even better to arrive at the airport earlier than expected.

City Check-in service is available at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office (domestic or international branch office) which available from 24 to 4 hours before departure time.
Garuda Indonesia Web Check-in is an alternative check-in provided by Garuda Indonesia for Passenger to simplify check in via website. Available for domestic flight only.
Passengers who possess a ticket and/or have made payment online can check in by telephone through the Garuda Indonesia Call Center.
Passengers can check in and make seat selection using smartphone from 24 hours up to 4 hours before departure. Mobile Check-in is only applicable for specific airports. The Mobile Check-in is currently under development and it will be activated as soon as possible.
