The ticket issued on Fly Garuda App (version 5.2.3 onwards for Android and version 5.2.4 onwards for iOS) and www.garuda-indonesia.com.
Insert GOTF promo code when selecting the flight schedule.
The ticket must be issued at least 14 days before the flight. If the passenger has more than one schedule, the day is counted from the first flight.
Special fares applied for selected domestic routes.
Customers who purchase a ticket with less than 14 days before the flight are still eligible for bank discount based on the terms and conditions applied.
An additional discount from BCA applied to all domestic routes (see bank discount mechanism).
Applied for one way and returns ticket.
Blackout dates applied.
The stipulation of penalty for refund, reissued, and reschedule is based on Garuda Indonesia’s regulation for each sub-class.

The stipulation of ticket reschedules and reissued outside the promo period, the ticket discounted fare will be upsell based on the published fare.

All passengers must be in one family card with the same flight.
An infant (under 2 years old) is not counted as one passenger.
For Business Class is only permitted consist of 2 (two) pax traveling together in one booking code.
For Economy Class is only permitted consist of 3 (three) pax traveling together in one booking code.
The passengers must show copy of valid family card during check in the airport.
The passengers are not permitted city check in and self-check in.
All passengers with Family Seat ticket program will seat next to each other (without physical distancing), but the seat position inside the aircraft will be decided by the airline.
Penalty stipulation:
- Changes:
  - Permitted if all passenger changes the schedule together in one booking code.
  - When total pax is reduced, all tickets must be refunded and issue new ticket with applicable published fares.
  - Change's fee refers to class used.
  - VAT 10% (PPn) applied for changes fee.
- Refund:
  - Permitted with conditions all pax refund the ticket together in one booking code.
  - When total pax is reduced, all tickets must be refunded.
  - Cancelation fee refers to class used.
  - VAT 10% (PPn) applied for cancelation fee.

Free Rapid Test Antigen voucher is only valid for 1 passenger per ticket
Purchase and flight period until 31 March 2021.
Valid for all domestic flight routes.
Not valid for infant tickets (child with age under 2 years old) and redemption miles tickets.
Booking codes cannot be combined with ticket segmentation redemption miles.
Example: Jakarta - Denpasar with X class and Denpasar - Jakarta with Y class is made in a separate booking code (Passenger Name Reservation).
Only valid for newly issued tickets & not valid for re-issued tickets.
Not valid for domestic routes that are connecting routes/transit on international route tickets, for example; Surabaya to Singapore via Jakarta, Jakarta to Sydney via Denpasar
Refund, reissued and reschedule conditions for flight tickets apply as per the applicable Garuda Indonesia rules according to the respective ticket sub-class
