GARUDA INDONESIA OFFERS WAIVER RESCHEDULE AND REFUND FEES FOR THE PASSENGERS WHOM AFFECTED BY THE AIRPORT ACCESS TRAFFIC JAM

Jakarta, November 10th, 2020 - The national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia offers waiver reschedule and refund fees for the passengers affected by the traffic heading to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport this morning.

President & CEO Garuda Indonesia Irfan Setiaputra stated that “We fully understand our passengers' concerns due to the impact that occurred today. Therefore, Garuda Indonesia is committed to always stay with all the passengers through some solution for the affected passengers.

Furthermore, we also offer a reschedule option to the next flight for the passengers who wish to continue their journey today.

The implementation of the flexibility in ticket reschedule and refund policy refers to the applicable term and condition.
