Singapura - Changi International Airport (SIN)
Updated 27 September 2022
- Travelers born on or after 1 Jan 2010 (i.e. aged 12 years and under by year of birth) are exempt from COVID-19 border measures.
- Travelers born on or before 31 Dec 2009 ( ie aged 13 years and over based on year birth ) can enter Singapore as usual without testing or quarantine , only if they have obtained the minimum WHO-EUL vaccine dose listed below at least two weeks prior to arrival in Singapore, and can show proof of vaccination:
- One dose of CanSinoBIO/Convidecia or Janssen/J&J vaccine; OR
- Two doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, or Covishield vaccine given at least 24 days apart; OR
- Two doses of Novavax/Covovax/Nuvaxovid, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, or Sinopharm vaccine, given at least 17 days apart; OR
- Two doses of Sinovac vaccine, given 13 days apart; OR
- A mixture of any two doses of vaccine listed in points a-d, given at least 17 days apart; OR
- Any combination of vaccinations listed in points a-e and then recovering from COVID-19; OR
- At least one dose of the WHO EUL-approved vaccine listed in points a-d, taken at least 28 days after a positive diagnosis of COVID-19
- Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated passengers must have :
- Pre-Departure Test
Must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at least 2 days before the day of departure from the first point of embarkation. The accepted tests are: LAMP, NAAT, NA-PCR, PCR, fast antigen, fast PCR and RT-PCR. Rapid self-administered and remotely monitored antigen tests by providers in Singapore are also accepted.
If the passenger has transited more than 24 hours before arriving in Singapore, a negative test must be made at least 2 days prior to the departure day of the last direct flight to Singapore.

- Vaccinated passengers must have :
- A COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that you have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arrival. The vaccines received are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), CanSinoBIO (Convidecia), Covaxin, Covovax, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac; or
- Vaccination status in the HealthHub app or TraceTogether app; or

- Passengers transiting through Singapore must have their baggage checked at their destination.

Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)
Update as of August 2, 2022
- The entry regulations regarding COVID-19 will be revoked on August 1, 2022.
- Starting August 1, 2022, all Passengers entering Malaysia no longer need to fill and complete Traveler's Card features in the app MySejahtera .
- Upon arrival at Malaysia's International Port of Entry (PMA), if a Passenger shows symptoms of fever through a temperature scanner or is detected as unwell upon self-examination by the Passenger, then they are referred for re-examination by the Ministry of Health.
- After a health check is carried out and if it is suspected that you have an infectious disease such as COVID-19, monkeypox, MERS-CoV or others, you will be referred to the nearest health facility for further examination and treatments
- Therefore, all travelers who have just arrived from abroad must carry out independent monitoring of their health status, comply with the prescribed SOPs and are advised to go to the nearest health facility to be checked if they are found to be symptomatic.
Bangkok - Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK)

- Passengers must have a Thailand Pass QR code obtained at https://tp.consular.go.th
- Passengers entering Thailand must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V at least 14 days before departure; This does not apply to:
- passengers traveling under the Alternative Quarantine (AQ) scheme;
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers younger than 18 years traveling under the Sandbox program with their fully-vaccinated parents/guardians;
- passengers between 12 and 17 years with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received one dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V;
- passengers with a recovery certificate and a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received at least one dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V at least 14 days before departure.
- Passengers entering or transiting through Thailand must have medical insurance with minimum coverage of USD 20,000. This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
- Passengers traveling under the Test & Go scheme must have a hotel reservation for 1 night at AQ, OQ or SHA+ hotel and 2 COVID-19 tests (one RT-PCR test on day 1 and one antigen test on day 5) obtained at www.thailandsha.com or https://asq.in.th
- Passengers traveling under the Sandbox Program scheme must:
- arrive at Bangkok (BKK), Phuket (HKT) or Ko Samui (USM); and
- have a hotel reservation for 5 nights at SHA+ hotel obtained at www.thailandsha.com and proof of payment for COVID-19 tests (one RT-PCR test on day 1 and one antigen test on day 5). They are subject to quarantine for 5 days.
- Passengers traveling under the Alternative Quarantine (AQ) scheme must have proof of payment for COVID-19 tests; and a hotel reservation at AQ, OQ or AHQ hotel obtained at www.thailandsha.com and https://asq.in.th for 5 nights.
- Passengers transiting through Thailand must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses (minimum coverage of USD 20,000).
- Starting May 1, 2022, the following provisions apply to passengers which is, Who have been fully vaccinated with a full dose :
Who have not been fully vaccinated :
- Have a certificate of full dose
- Have a health insurance vaccine certificate to cover the cost of COVID-19 (minimum coverage of USD 10,000).
- Have a RT PCR test results letter 72 hours before departure
- Health insurance to cover the cost of COVID-19 (minimum coverage of USD 10,000).
- Carrying out quarantine provisions in accordance with the provisions of the Government of Thailand
Starting 1 June 2022,
All quarantine activities will be stopped, as for the requirements are:
- For Thai citizens:
- Not required to register on the Thailand Pass, travellers can enter Thailand freely without quarantine,
- Vaccine certificates. There is a possibility from immigration officers to check vaccination certificates. If passengers are unable to show their vaccination certificate, they can still enter Thailand.
- Without a COVID-19 test before or after arrival, and without a vaccination certificate (return to pre-pandemic arrangements).
- Passengers who show flu-like symptoms or have a body temperature above normal limits will be required to take a COVID-19 test at the airport. If they test positive, they will be transferred to a hospital where the doctor will determine the next course of action (hospitalization, home quarantine, etc.).
- For non-Thai residents :
- Passengers must have a Thailand Pass QR code obtained at the https://tp.consular.go.th with a new feature, system will approve within 1-2 hours which previously took 48 hours, and receive pin code and QR code
- Passengers are required to upload all documents on the Thailand Pass
- Passengers with a full dose:
- Copy of passport
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Proof of health insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 10,000
- Passengers who have not received 2 doses of vaccine / not at all
- Copy of passport
- Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR result or Antigen test max 3x24hrs. This not apply to :
- Passengers under 6 years of age who are accompanied by their fully vaccinated parent or guardian;
- Passengers under 18 years of age with certificate COVID-19 which indicates that they received one dose of vaccine
- Proof of health insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 10,000
- Airlines may refuse boarding if non-Thai passengers are unable to present all the required documents, even if they have a Thai QR Code Pass.
- Non-Thai passengers who are unable to present a vaccination certificate or COVID-19 test result upon entry into Thailand are required to take a professional antigen test at the airport. From 1 July 2022
All passengers can enter Thailand with the following steps:
- Thailand Pass is no longer required to enter Thailand.
- Fully vaccinated Passengers : Show travel documents along with vaccine certificates
Not fully vaccinated/Unvaccinated : Show pcr/antigen test results whose samples are taken less than 72 hours before departure.
Airlines may refuse passengers who are unable to present the documents mentioned.

- Airlines based abroad can file a letter stating that their crew complies with all requirements as non-Thai citizens to facilitate crew movement. However, officers can still randomly check the necessary documents. Without such a letter the crew had to submit the gendec and show the necessary documents individually

- There are no document requirements before leaving for Thailand regarding COVID-19

The Japanese government will not require a PCR test 72 hours before departure from the origin station for arriving passengers who have received at least 3x the valid COVID-19 vaccination dose

From 11 October 2022
All passengers arriving in Japan after 00:00 LT on 11 October 2022, who obtained a valid vaccination certificate will not be required to obtain a COVID-19 testing certificate.
The vaccination certificate is only valid if it meets the following requirements:
- Certificate must be issued by the government or institutions public .
- The vaccination certificate issued in Japan must be one of the following:
- “ Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate” issued by the government Japan or local government
- “ Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate” issued by the local government
- “ Note Vaccination for COVID-19” issued by the institution medical
- Other certificates considered equivalent to the documents listed above
- The following items must be indicated in Japanese or English:
- Name, Date birth , Vaccine name / Manufacturer , Date vaccination , Quantity given dose
- If the date of birth is not included in the certificate, it may still be considered valid if it contains the passenger's passport number or other information that can be used to verify that the vaccination certificate belongs to the person concerned.
- If the vaccination certificate is in a language other than Japanese or English, the certificate can be considered valid if accompanied by a Japanese or English translation and the contents can be confirmed
- The certificate must clearly show that you have received 3 doses of one of the following vaccines with the name of the vaccine/main manufacturer）:

- Foreign tourists are not required to join the tour package.
- Passengers who have not been vaccinated completely / validly must have a negative COVID-19 test result. The test must be taken no later than 72 hours before departure from the first point of embarkation, and the test certificate must be in English, Japanese or accompanied by a certified English or Japanese translation; The test certificate should also state that the test is based on a “nasopharyngeal swab”, or “saliva”, or a “nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab”. A "nasal swab" is also accepted if the test type is LAMP, NEAR, PCR, RT-PCR, Smart Amp, TMA or TRC.

- For passengers who have been vaccinated completely / valid (3 doses), there is no need to show a negative result of the COVID-19 test. This exception also applies to their children traveling with them under the age of 18.

- Passengers must fill out the "Quarantine Questionnaire" via the MySOS application or at https://arqs-qa.followup.mhlw.go.jp/. This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.

- Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at least 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. Accepted tests are: CLEIA/ECLIA QUANTITATIVE ANTIGEN TEST, LAMP, NEAR, Next Generation Sequence, PCR, RT-PCR, Smart Amp, TMA or TRC. The test certificate must be in English and specify that the test is based on "nasopharyngeal swab", or "saliva", or "nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab". "Nasal swab" is also accepted if the type of test is LAMP, NEAR, PCR, RT-PCR, Smart Amp, TMA or TRC. Hong Kong - Hong Kong International Airport (HKG)

The local government is upgrading the system (trial) for passengers arriving in Hong Kong;
- Before arriving in Hong Kong passengers have to submit an electronic health declaration to get a QR code before boarding at origin station
- The electronic health declaration QR code is valid for 96 hours (4 days), passengers can submit the declaration in 3 days before departure
- This electronic health declaration QR code can be downloaded, on a screen shot or printed out
- For passengers who have not been able to show the QR code electronic health declaration still able to enter Hong Kong during the period of this trial.

Starting August 12, 2022
For inbound passengers from Taiwan/other overseas, the HKG Government requirements:
- Quarantine with the model '3+4', i.e. passanger will be subject to mandatory quarantine at DQH for three nights (must hold a confirmed DQH room reservation 3 nights), followed by medical supervision at home/other places for four days
- Before flying passengers are required to submit a QR Code at least 72 hours before departure on the link https://www.chp.gov.hk/hdf.

- After QR submission, a color display will come out:
- Green: Requirements are complete
- Pink: The hotel that has been booked is not verified in the system, it will be confirmed to the hotel upon arrival
- Red: Vaccination requirements are not appropriate, denied boarding
- Other color: Check vaccine status and check hotel confirmation
- Negative pre-departure PCR test report
Starting September 26, 2022
- Hong Kong residents no longer need to complete the COVID-19 Vaccination
- Non-HongKong residents aged 12 years and over will still be required to be fully vaccinated or have obtained a medical exemption certificate before they are allowed to board a flight to HongKong
- Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before the departure of the last direct flight to Hong Kong, SAR China. The certificate must be in Chinese or English or accompanied by a written confirmation in Chinese or English issued by the health authority of the country of vaccination. The accepted vaccines are: Anhui Zhifei Longcom, AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), CanSinoBIO (Convidecia), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, IMBCAMS, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnity) ), BioKangtai, Sinopharm, Sinovac and Sputnik V. - Rapid antigen test independently 24 hours before departure and submitted online through the Health & Quarantine Information Declaration of the Department of Health www.chp.gov.hk/hdf/
Does not apply to
- Coming passengers from Mainland China, or Macao SAR, China;
- Passengers under 3 years old
- Passengers are also required to present the green health declaration QR code obtained upon completion of the declaration (which can be a downloadable version of the QR code, screenshot or print) upon check-in for verification by the airline for boarding.
- The health declaration QR code will still be valid for 96 hours, i.e. the person entering can submit the declaration form three days before the scheduled arrival time in Hong Kong (for example, someone arriving in Hong Kong on Monday can submit the declaration form starting from the day Friday). They can then save time by updating the declaration further after getting a negative result from the Rapid antigen test.
- "Test-and-go" is enforced at Hong Kong International Airport, ie people entering will not be asked to wait for test results at the airport after undergoing specimen collection for nucleic acid testing. They can use public transportation or self-contained transportation to return to their home or hotel of choice.
- Quarantine conditions upon arrival in Hong Kong will be changed to "0+3", i.e. no mandatory quarantine is required. There will be three days of medical surveillance during which people who enter are free to exit but are required to comply with the Amber Code restrictions under the Vaccine Pass, followed by a four-day self-monitoring period and making the observation period 7 days in total.
- For incoming people who test positive by nucleic acid test or RAT, their Vaccine Pass will be changed to Code Red.

As of December 14, 2022
Someof the following requirements are lifted:
- Therequirement to scan the QR code of the "LeaveHomeSafe" place before entering public places
- Amber Code settings in the Vaccine Pass,
- PCRTest settings at the control point for people traveling to the Mainland and
- Arequirement for people in isolation at home to wear an electronic wristband.

Starting 29 December 2022
- All inbound person aged 3 years old and above, required to conduct Pre-Departure Test with negative result:
- Post-arrival PCR test have been lifted
- Inbound persons are advised to conduct daily rapid antigen test (RAT) until Day 5 after their arrival at Hong Kong.
- The arrangement for inbound persons to obtain a Provisional Vaccine Pass will cease.
- The requirement for non-Hong Kong residents to be fully vaccinated for boarding a flight to Hong Kong from overseas places will remain unchanged for the time being.

- Post-Entry Adjustment, regarding changes in checking upon arrival at ICN where PCR will be carried out independently on 6-7 days after arrival
- Vaccination requirements, for children under the age of <12 years who have not been vaccinated and accompanied by a companion who has received the 2nd vaccination vaccination will be given free of isolation
From 3 September 2022
Based on the information received from (Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) MOLIT and ICN Quarantine, here are the latest requirements for passengers entering Korea:
- No more confirmation results for Antigen or PCR tests before entering Korea
- The use of the Q-CODE web is still being used and all data is still requested to be listed on the Q-CODE Web. (https://cov19ent.kdca.go.kr/cpassportal/)
- Passengers arriving at ICN airport are still required to undergo a PCR test independently 1x24 hours after arriving (for tourists are advised to take a PCR test at the airport here is the link to book the test at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2) https://safe2gopass.com/
- Covid test results after arrival please input / upload to the web Q-CODE (https://cov19ent.kdca.go.kr/cpassportal/)
- For the distribution of the form before landing, the Travel Declaration Form (White) is currently no longer used and the Health Declaration Form (Yellow Colored) is still used and distributed before landing at ICN.
Start from October 1, 2022
- The obligation of PCR-Test 1 day after arrival has been revoked
- The use of the Q-CODE web ( https://cov19ent.kdca.go.kr/cpassportal/ ) is still in use according to the previous notice for filling out the Health Quarantine Questionnaire
- It is expected that all passengers already have a QR-Code from the Q-Code web before boarding on flights to ICN to facilitate inspection at arrival.
- In connection with it has been revoked the need to submit the results of the pre-departure PCR that is already running Currently , for the Health Questionnaire Form ( color Yellow ) does not need to be redistributed to pax during inflight. As a replacement, Passengers are required to have or have filled out the Q-Code system in the form of a QR Code
- The Check-in officer at the station departure towards ICN please do as follows
- Inform to passengers before check-in so that passengers Required have or have filled out the Q-Code system in the form of a QR Code.
- Provide leaflet (flyer) as a detail of information to the Passenger regarding the Q-Code.
Starting January 2, 2023
All passengers arriving from China are required to
- Pre-entry COVID-19 test. PCR test carried out within 48 hours or antigen test carried out within 24 hours before departure to Korea
- Submit the test results on Q-CODE, and fill in the questionnaire correctly, especially in the part of the country visited before.
- The post-entry COVID-19 test is carried out independently 1 day after arriving in Korea
- The criteria for passengers originating from China are passengers flying from China or transiting from China or who have been in China in the last 7 days

- No Covid-19 related restrictions or requirements apply to travelers entering the Netherlands, including those from countries outside the EU/Schengen Area.

From 6 July 2022
- The entry regulations related to COVID-19 have been revoked on July 6, 2022.
- Passengers traveling to Australia do not need to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status.
- Passengers traveling to Australia do not need to complete a Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD).
- Passengers / Australian visa holders who have not been vaccinated do not need an exemption for travel to Australia.
- People leaving Australia will not be asked to provide proof of their vaccination status
- Passengers leaving Australia must comply with the travel regulations of the destination country.

The use of masks is no longer mandatory used During flight to Australia, however must still follow the regulations from the airline

Starting January 5, 2023
- For passengers originating from China, Hong Kong and Macau, they are required to take a Covid-19 test within 48 hours before the scheduled departure with a negative result

- Passengers originating from China, Macau & Hong Kong who transit through Australia for more than 24 hours or several days before continuing to the next flight, for example HKG-SYD(lay over)-AKL
- Passengers coming from other countries transit through China, Macau & Hong Kong for more than 24 hours or several days before continuing with the next flight, for example AMS-HKG(lay over)-SYD
- No mandatory Covid-19 test
- Passengers originating from China, Macau & Hong Kong transit through Australia less than 24 hours, for example HKG-SYD-AKL
- Passengers coming from other countries transit through China, Macau & Hong Kong less than 24 hours, for example AMS-HKG-SYD
- The Covid-19 test received is as follows:
- Nucleic Acid Amplification (NAA) test, including the following tests:
- polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)
- Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP)
- Transcription mediated amplification (TMA)
- Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) administered and supervised by medical practitioners
- Serology or antibody tests are not permitted
- The antigen test results must contain the following information:
- Date and time the test was performed
- The name of the person concerned
- Type of COVID-19 test
- Brand or trademark of the test kit
- Results from the test
- Signature of the medical practitioner who issued the test results
- There is no obligation to provide test results in English
- Negative proof of Antigen / PCR test can be requested at any time either upon check-in and/or upon arrival in Australia.
- Unable to provide a negative result for the Covid-19 test may result in a maximum fine of AUD 8,250.-
- Exceptions to the Covid-19 test requirement for:
- Airline crew
- Passengers aged under 12 years old
- Passengers who have recovered from COVID-19 within 30 days, with a certificate from a medical practitioner
- Passengers who have special health conditions that prevent these passengers from undergoing the Covid-19 test with evidence from a health facility certicate
- Emergency medical flight including all passengers on the flight
- Provisions for showing a vaccination certificate refer to airline requirement

Starting March 5 , 2022
- Passengers are not required enclose results negative for PCR test or Rapid Antigen Test which is approved before coming to Saudi Arabia and obligation institutional quarantine & home quarantine not applied
- Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they has vaccinated complete with AstraZeneca ( Covishield ), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca ( Vaxzevria ), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm or Sinovac at least 14 days before departure . Passengers receiving Sinopharm or Sinovac must also have accept one dose AstraZeneca ( Covishield ), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca ( Vaxzevria ), Janssen, Moderna ( Spikevax ) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) vaccines at least 14 days before departure .
- They must register at https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home , and must download Application Tawakkalna and filling a number of personal data information within 8 hours after arrival .
- Provision on does not apply to:
- citizens of Saudi Arabia;
- members family degrees first citizens of Saudi Arabia;
- workers house ladder citizens of Saudi Arabia. They must accompanied by sponsors.
- Passengers must register on the following platforms :
- Passengers must have insurance health for those who cover cost COVID-19 treatment .
Provision above does not apply to citizens and residents of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates .
From 15 September 2022
- Passengers who within 14 days final are in Iran are not allowed to enter.
- Passengers with visit visa must have insurance health to cover COVID-19 costs .
- Passengers traveling to do Umrah must have :

- Airlines flight could check exit /entry visa validity for residents of Saudi Arabia at https://muqeem.sa/#/visa-validity/check
