• Passengers order Garuda Indonesia tickets from Indonesia to Singapore, as well as transit through Singapore to any destination, until December 31, 2023
• Passengers must make a flight from Indonesia as the departure point. Flights to Singapore from Indonesia must be direct flights.
• The itinerary must include at least one flight transiting Singapore and less than 24 hours.

• Enter the 6-digit booking code number/PNR and the passenger's personal details. If you represent on behalf of the family, select the total number of passengers on the flight.
• Enter your flight information, such as arrival and departure times from Singapore. Passengers making connecting flights (transit) both ways must state their flight information at the time of inputting the form.
• Upload a copy of your flight itinerary in PDF/JPEG format. Do the same for your family members if you represent them.
• Log in or register for a Changi Rewards account to get your E-voucher. E-vouchers will be sent to your account when you arrive at Changi Airport.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your request is successful.
• Download the Changi App or go to rewards.changiairport.com , select "Your e-Card," and show the QR code when paying at retail and partner outlets.
