Terms and Conditions:

• Booking period: 21 - 24 March 2022.
• Travel period until 31 June 2021.
• Only applied on Fly Garuda App.
• Insert the promo code when you are selecting the flight schedule on Fly Garuda App.
• Applied for one-way and returns tickets.
• Special fares also applied for ticket purchase 14 days before departure (for selected domestic routes).
• Not eligible for codeshare flights.
• The stipulation of penalty for refund, reissued, and reschedule is based on Garuda Indonesia’s regulation for each sub-class.
• For the refund process, customers can visit Garuda Indonesia sales office or send an email to e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com.
• For the convenience of rescheduling and reissued, customers can call Garuda Indonesia Contact Center at 0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999, or live chat.
• The stipulation of ticket reschedules and reissued outside the promo period, the ticket discounted fare will be upsell based on the published fare.
