IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR YOUR UPCOMING FLIGHT TO INDONESIA
Dear Garuda Indonesia Passenger,
In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, we would appreciate all passenger is strongly recommend to check the travel information published by the Government of the related countries before travelling on Indonesian Immigration Site. Garuda Indonesia takes the anticipatory’ s action and applies the operational policy to give the passenger’s convenience and safety, and also follows the policy of Indonesia’s Government to face the COVID-19 Outbreak:
All foreigners travellers (WNA) are not allow to enter/transit through Indonesia from 01st January 2021 until further notice. For foreigners (WNA) who have permission for Diplomatic Visa/Stay Permit and for The Card Holders of Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas (KITAS) and Kartu Izin Tinggal Tetap (KITAP) are allowed to enter Indonesia by following regulation/policy applied. Foreigners travellers (WNA) with travel history within last 14 days to South Africa, Botswana, Angola, Zambia, Malawi, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Mozambique, Eswatini, Nigeria, United Kingdom, Norway, France and Denmark are also not allow to enter/transit through Indonesia with effect as on 29 November 2021.
All International travellers (include infants) entering Indonesia must present Negative PCR test result in the country of origin which is valid 2 x 24 hours before departure and required to fill out e-HAC international Indonesia via PeduliLindungi App and also to follow the health protocol stipulated by the government.
Foreigners with special permission to enter Indonesia must show their vaccine (full dosage) certificate (paper or digital forms) upon checking in for flights. Passenger with onward journey beyond Jakarta to other parts of Indonesia (e.g Surabaya, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bandar Lampung etc) will be subject to Swap/Rapid Test again upon arrival into Jakarta. All fully vaccinated passenger will be placed under quarantine at designated government facility upon arrival into Jakarta.

The Health Ministry of Indonesia has tightened Health Check at all International Arrival Borders/Airports and travellers will be subjected to stringent Health Check before allowed to continue their journey.
