Singapore, 19 October 2018 – Indonesia National Flag Carrier, Garuda Indonesia in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia is holding “Wonderful Indonesia Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair” on 19-21 October 2018 at Suntec City, Singapore.
Through this travel fair, Garuda Indonesia will offer inbound ticket to various destinations in Indonesia with attractive prices.
Deputy Minister for Marketing Development, Ministry of Tourism of Republic of Indonesia, Giri Adnyani said that Ministry of Tourism has conducted series of sales mission events to increase inbound tourists to Indonesia. “This event is part of our Business to Customer (B2C) promotion strategy. We are aiming to target public places such as malls and other business distric areas to attract the potential market. With Garuda Indonesia – as Indonesia Flag Carrier – we have conducted WI-GATF abroad to lure foreign travelers to Indonesia. ”, add Giri.
VP Asia Region of Garuda Indonesia, Wayan Subagja said that this travel fair is part of Garuda Indonesia’s strategy to expand Singapore market as well as to support the Indonesia government in reaching the target of 20 million foreign tourists in 2019. “ As Asia’s business hub, Singapore is one of our important market. With this Travel Fair we offer inbound tickets to 69 exotic destinations in Indonesia with attractive price.” Said Wayan.
“In this travel fair Garuda Indonesia will introduce and highlight destinations beyond Bali such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Banyuwangi, Jogjakarta, Malang, Labuan Bajo, Solo and our two new routes which is Tanjung Pandan and Bandung.” Wayan added.
