2. Operational Hours of the Service

Garuda Indonesia Ticketing Offices are open on every working day (Monday – Friday). Some of the ticketing offices are still open on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays determined by the local government. The operational hours differ depending on each office's policy. 4. Transaction Currency

Based on the policy of Bank Indonesia, PT. Garuda Indonesia applies a single currency policy using IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) for every transaction done in Indonesia.
