The national flag carrier airline Garuda Indonesia with the GarudaMiles loyalty program has won awards at the Golden Loyalty Awards in two categories: Top 2 in the "Excellence in Management" category with the title GarudaMiles Carbon Offset Redemption Program: The Pioneer for Garuda Indonesia Sustainable Journey and Top 3 in the "Best Marketing Campaign" category with the title New GarudaMiles Junior: Fostering Bonds That Last a Lifetime.

Loyalty programs and initiatives from the world's airlines and hotels are selected through a rigorous judging process. The Golden Loyalty Awards was held in 2023 for the 19th time.
