Terms & Condition Program:

1. Program period until 30 June 2024
2. This program is only valid for new customers of PT Bank DBS Indonesia ("Bank") who do not have any Bank products and apply for digibank VISA Live Fresh Credit Card, digibank Visa Travel Platinum Credit Card, or digibank Visa Travel Signature Credit Card.
3. Customer is 21 years old, has a job with a steady income and already has a credit card from another bank that has been running for 1 year.
4. 750 GarudaMiles reward will be given to the first 500 customers who submit a digibank credit card application, and an additional 750 GarudaMiles reward for customers whose digibank credit card application is approved and activate the digibank Credit Card within 60 days of card approval.

5. At the time of reward redemption for approved customers, the digibank Credit Card must be in an active state, not in a closed or permanently blocked state and there are no payment constraints.
6. This program cannot be combined with other acquisition programs.
7. The prize decision comes from the Bank and cannot be contested.
8. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the reward, if the applicant does not meet the requirements, including but not limited to matters containing signature forgery.
9. This program is not valid for all employees of the Bank, its affiliates, and additional digibank Credit Card holders.
10. By participating in this program, customers have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
11. Bank and Garuda Indonesia from time to time absolutely and at its sole discretion reserve the right to review or amend the terms and conditions of this promo with notice to the customer in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
12. The customer agrees and releases the Bank from all claims, complaints, losses, and all costs that may arise, be suffered, and incurred by the customer in connection with this promo under any circumstances now or in the future as long as it is not caused by the Bank's clear and intentional errors or omissions. 13. These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
