SkyTeam proudly introduced SkyPriority - the alliance-wide, red carpet treatment for our top customers in 2012.This exclusive range of services, which includes priority check-in areas, baggage drop off and boarding (among others), is offered to Elite Plus, First and Business Class customers. SkyPriority has been developed to ensure a common and consistent quality standard for priority airport services across the alliance. Regardless of the airline or frequent flyer program, SkyPriority has been designed speed and guide customers through their journey with ease.
Services That Make The Difference
A SkyPriority indicator on boarding passes and SkyPriority signs throughout the airport help customers find their way. As SkyPriority is rolled out at all SkyTeam airports worldwide, the following services will be offered to eligible customers:
Priority check-in areas
Priority baggage drop off
Priority service at ticket/transfer desks
Accelerated security and passport clearance
Priority baggage handling

SkyTeam's SkyPriority program started on March 1st 2012 when it was introduced at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. This was followed shortly by most major SkyTeam hubs around the globe such as Amsterdam, Atlanta, Beijing, Guangzhou, Nairobi, Paris, Rome and Seoul. By the end of 2012, SkyPriority has been introduced at almost 700 airports around the globe. It will reach over 1,000 airports during 2013.
