Adjustment of Priority Baggage Delivery Services at Soekarno Hatta International Airport
As an anticipatory step towards the development of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as continuous efforts to maintain service quality, Garuda Indonesia always strive to give you a safety and convenience journey until you arrived at your destination. In this regard, starting December 9, 2020 we have made several adjustments to Priority Baggage Delivery services at Soekarno Hatta International Airport as follows:
- Priority baggage will be processed on the conveyor based on passenger origin and will be prioritize to be processed for delivery in the baggage claim area
- To prevent crowd build up, dedicated conveyor belt for priority baggage delivery at Soekarno Hatta Airport will be eliminated
- Especially for business class passenger baggage, our Concierge / Ground Staff will help unload your luggage from the conveyor and place it in a premium baggage collection on each conveyor.
- Concierge / ground staff in the baggage claim area will also help passengers with special assistance needs (passengers with disabilities, pregnant women, Unaccompanied Minor (UM), passengers with children / toddlers, and others)
