2 PCR test and Serology results from 2 different clinics (Xiamen Airlines managed) which showed that the negative PCR Swab test, IGG and IGM were non-reactive

E-Health Code (Filled after checking in at the airport and a guide will be given to apply)
Required to pay a quarantine deposit fee while in Fuzhou (CNY6300 IDR13, 667,000)

PCR and Serology Test Information:
In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the Xiamen Airlines MF856 flight requires all prospective passengers to take 2 PCR tests and Serology tests (IGG blood antibodies, IGM) from 2 different clinics before flying. 2 PCR tests are carried out simultaneously at the following time and place :
(1) PCR test location: Swiss-Belinn Airport Jakarta, Level 2.

Information on Health Declaration Barcode and E-Health Code:
After getting the test results, passengers are required to fill in a Health Declaration Code for entered the country of China. It takes about 1 -12 hours of verification time to get the barcode. Meanwhile, the E-Health Code is filled in after getting the boarding pass while checking in. Follow the guidelines for filling out the barcode. The entire barcode filling guide will be sent to the WeChat group.
Quarantine information upon arrival in Fuzhou:
Quarantine hotels upon arrival in Fuzhou are arranged by the Fuzhou Pandemic Prevention Team and hotels cannot be selected. Quarantine regulations are 1 room for 1 adult or 1 child is allowed to bring 12 years of age.
