FREE OF ADMINISTRATION FEE TO CHANGE YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT SCHEDULE

For those who have to travel abroad, enjoy the flexible ticket of Garuda Indonesia. You are free to change the flight schedule up to 3 (three) times without an administration fee. This convenience is eligible for the ticket issued until 30 June 2022.

Keep following the health protocol when you are traveling. Always wearing masks at the airport and during the flight, keep a minimum of one meter of physical distancing with others, also clean your hands by using soap or hand sanitizer. 

Terms and Conditions:

• Booking period: until 30 June 2022 (only for new ticket booking).
• Travel period: until 30 June 2023 (for complete travel on the ticket before 30 June 2023).
• Tickets must be issued via www.garuda-indonesia.com, Fly Garuda App, Garuda Indonesia Contact Center (0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999), all Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Gerai, and appointed travel agent (online and offline).
• Valid for one-way and return tickets.
• Valid for Garuda Indonesia’s international routes and interline flights (except the Middle East ).
• Not valid for group booking.
• Penalty policies:
  • Reschedule:
    • Free changes fee up to 3 (three) times until 31 December 2022 (completed reissued).
    • The ticket is valid for flight until 31 December 2023 (for complete travel on the ticket).
    • Tax and different fares (if any) are collected.
    • Reschedule can be done via Garuda Indonesia Contact Center (0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999), all Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, or travel agents when first booking.
    • No show fee is applied when the passengers don't attend according to their schedule and there is no confirmation to change the flight schedule before the flight worth USD 100 (per ticket for a travel period until 31 December 2023).
  • Reissued on or after 1 January 2023:
    • The changes fee refers to the applicable fare rule.
    • Tax and different fares (if any) are collected.
    • Reissued can be done via Garuda Indonesia Contact Center (0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999), all Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, or travel agents when first booking.
  • Refund:
    • The refund fee is free.
    • The refund will be exchanged into the Travel Voucher which cannot be turned into cash or other payment methods.
    • The Travel Voucher can be used until 31 December 2022 for buying Garuda Indonesia’s ticket with the travel period until 31 December 2023.
    • The Travel Voucher is also able to be used for other Garuda Indonesia products, except sales on board (SOB) and sales on ground (SOG) products.
    • The Travel Voucher is only applied for all flights operated by Garuda Indonesia (except the Middle East).
    • A refund can be done via Garuda Indonesia Contact Center (0804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999) and all Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, or send an email to e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com (only for ticket purchase via www.garuda-indonesia.com and Fly Garuda App).
